Title: payment denied
Post by: nannycoe1 on November 22, 2014, 08:10:00 am
I have been on FC for like 2 years and never had a survey revoked until the last few months and it has happened  about 3 times, I switched from high speed to basic cable about 3 months ago. Does anyone think that might be a reason my surveys are getting revoked. I am doing everything the same as always and answering truthfully, it is really starting to aggravate me.

I've had at least one survey revoked that denied payment.  Another time I completed a survey and it never credited.    There were times I couldn't finish a survey because it required Google Chrome for downloading a video.  It can be very frustrating especially when you put in for a cashout.  Sometimes a client has enough participants for certain demographics and has to sort through the data to deny some of the surveys.  It's just the chance we take by completing surveys.  Overall, I've had very positive experiences with this site and hope things go better for you.

I have had a few revoked also. Not sure why. would be nice if we got a reason when they do that.

I suggest opening a support ticket and ask why. Copy your post and send that as a support ticket.  Your post is very concise and to the point. Maybe the clients are getting fussier or maybe these are new clients.

Could definitely be a problem with the changed IP so a support ticket is a good idea and even if it doesn't help with this particular case it might help in the future.

I have had a couple denied myself recently.  Not sure there is much we can do about it.  Just try others...it is frustrating though. :confused1:
