Which is more convenient to shop and why? Is it easier for you?
-
If I know exactly what i want, then I'll shop online as it's usually cheaper and don't have to fight parking, crowds. But sometimes I like going down to the store, just to walk around and see what's new.

We like to shop in stores, because we know that we can get what we are looking for right then and there, so there is no waiting around for things to come fed ex or any other way.
-
online, provided i get free shipping
-
I shop online because I have PAD and COPD and it makes it hard for me to physically shop.
-
For the majority I like to buy in stores, because there's no cost of shipping or the anxiety of waiting for a package to be shipped in time.
-
I enjoy both, but so far I've been mainly shopping online. Got some things off of Etsy and looking forward to getting them. I'll probably be shopping in stores this weekend.
-
Most of my shopping happens online.

I shop more online. Shopping online is so easy and convenient. I can get terrific deals too.

I got to really enjoy shopping online.Using Paypal and just the easy way of doing so.I enjoy the shopping networks on TV too and so does my wife.
Dont get me wrong i still go to CVS and Pathmark for food, products etc you need too.

I shop more online if I can get free shipping. My mother and I used to go on day-long shopping trips to the mall, pausing for lunch to fortify ourselves for the afternoon, then ending up with dinner at a nice restaurant. She's gone now and so is the enjoyment.

i tend to shop more online at christmas and other times of the year as well. Between the winter weather and the fact that I have troulbe getting around large stores I pretty much shop locally or on line. I start my Christmas shopping early :rose: :turkey: :peace:

I am learning to shop online much more which is something I never thought I'd do :)
Now I am comfortable doing some searching for products online and since I have joined a Cash Back site I am very excited to do the shopping for even the most mundane household items......
I get Cash Back AND free shipping on toothpaste, dishsoap, cat food, even cat litter......I don't have to drive to the store anymore, unless I choose to.
With my Cash Back site, I am even able to order it online and pick it up at the store if I am in the area anyway.
Like FusionCash pennies that add up, the Cash Back I get on money I am spending anyway is really adding up!! Can't beat that!

This year I think it will be online

I like to shop a little of both. Being in the stores gives me some holiday spirit, provided I can just leave when I've had enough. Online is convenient and you can check various sites easily for product, pricing, and shipping. However, providing personal financial info over the internet creeps me with all the malware nowadays.

From what I have seen on the news the in store shopping is down by 11% and the online shopping was up by 20% or so. People are just tired of dealing with the crowds and stupidity that goes along with it. It is unreal that people will actually KILL another human being to be able to put something under the tree for their spoiled brat. If you can't find something then get it later. Probably not something you need anyway.
Last year at our local Walmart there was a man who was trying to unwrap a pallet before time to start that sale. The employees tried to stop him and he said "nobody will stop me, I will get what I want, I will get it now". Security from Walmart and the police were soon involved. Punches were thrown, the man went to jail, the man got NOTHING!" I thought that was hilarious.
People are too wrapped up in stuff!

I do more in the stores, I prefer to actually have a better picture of what I am purchasing; sometimes what it looks like online and when I receive is not the picture I had in mind, so since I am more of a visual person I do mostly in stores.
-
I shop in stores as opposed to online shopping. I would rather see the product and make sure it is the right color or size before I actually pay for it. I have had a lot of friends return or exchange items they purchased online because it was not the right color or did not fit.
-
Online because I seriously hate lines .
-
I like to do both.
-
This year it seems that it is about equal. I have done some shopping in the stores, but I have also bought some things online.
-
Online all the way - I have issues with chronic pain and limited mobility so it is definitely easier for me to shop online - also aside from those two issues I can't stand the crowds at the holidays - sometimes people act like jerks so I am much more relaxed and happy to shop at home in my jammies :silly:

I shop more online during the holidays. I definately like the convenience of it and I do it to get better prices.
