have you ever try to fix something an you could not fix it what was it.   ???

Yes, I always try to fix things before I get professional help.  Most of the time I would have been better off seeking help before I tried to fix it!

Computers... I dunno why I every try dual booting with linux, but it always messes up my OS system... Backups/repair cds are supplied by the manufacture and the backup disc always mess up at the halfway point... Only OS system I am willing to use is Windows 7 currently

Hey LiquidFire, don't do a dual boot. Just replace Windows completely!

Just kidding (sort of), but the best way is to use an older computer and install Linux as the only OS, then use that just for surfing the Internet (like I am right now) to eliminate the infections Windows is prone to.

Once you get used to it, you will never go anwhere online without it.

Sounds like a good idea oldbuddy. I will do that with my old pc that just sits in the corner. Maybe I will put it in my son's room so he can do just homework on it. Yes I have issues that I had to research, ask ??? and then just finally call someone.
