We actually do Christmas Breakfast rather than dinner.  I don't like feeling like I'm repeating Thanksgiving.  So, for breakfast we had biscuits and gravy, bacon and cinnamon rolls.

My Christmas dinner is the same as my Thanksgiving dinner - turkey, dressing, gravy, green bean casserole, yams, cranberries, dinner rolls and dessert.  It all tasted yummy and I ate too much as I always do.

My sister in law did all the cooking. It was delicious. Turkey, broccoli with cheese, potatoes casserole, stuffing, sweet potatoes, baked beans, rolls with tons of desserts to choose from.  Definitely the best meal of the year.

I didn't cook for Christmas and I didn't go anywhere either.  I could have gone to one of my son's for brunch or another son's for mid-afternoon dinner but the weather was cold and blustery and I just chose to stay home.

We had a ham, cranberry sauce (homemade), sweet potatoes with baked apples, green beans, carrots, mashed potatoes and gravy with homemade rolls and apple pie or peach cobbler.  Oh how they were stuffed.  Put a lot of the ham in the freezer for another day. I get tired of it pretty quickly as for me it is too salty. But now I have ham for other meals like potatoe soup and 15 bean soup.

My aunt made some turkey, which I didn't think I'd be eating at first. My mom and I spent Christmas Eve in bed with the stomach flu. Some how we managed to be well enough to go over there.
