How many meals do you eat daily? I eat three meals a day; breakfast, lunch,and dinner. Some people eat two meals a day; others eat just one meal a day.

3 meals a day, with 2 small, healthy snacks in between to keep my metabolism up.

On weekends I eat breakfast (out at a diner) and supper (also out at a restaurant, don't cook on weekends - kitchen is closed!), on weekdays I eat lunch and make supper. So really I only eat two meals a day......hummmm so why don't I weigh 115??

ehh... it depends on the day. Sundays we do family breakfast and sometimes we sleep in so that turns to "brunch" in that case, the adults just eat brunch and dinner... During the week is just whenever I get hungry, im a stay at home mom so my schedule isnt to busy. It's just around the kids. When i worked though I always ate lunch because of my lunch break lol and I found i needed more energy at my old job than I do now

Mainly I eat twice a day. I have a late breakfast and then I have dinner. On rare occasions I have lunch if I wind up eating an early breakfast.

Sometimes two, sometimes three, with snacks.

I eat cereal and coffee for breakfast, an apple and a bottle of water for lunch and a full meal for dinner with meat, carb, veggie and garden salad with a dessert too.

I eat when Im hungry, so no set amount of meals a day

I follow a meal plan, which has become just a way of life now.
I strive to eat every 3 hours, small meals/snacks. It is a way to fat burn & keep the metabolism from slowing. Last "meal" of the day is almost always a protein shake, Casein Protein.

usually one large meal the rest small a couple of pieces of toast or a small sandwich.

I eat one decent meal usually supper and then if i can afford it on am hungry then a small snack right before going to sleep. Sure am looking forward to the day when i start doing better again times have been a bit lean right now.

I always eat lunch which is usually light and dinner which is my big meal of the day. Sometimes I eat breakfast and other times I skip it. It all depends when I wake up. I do like to snack during the day and sometimes at night.

Two to three depending if I'm hungry.

I eat pretty healthy since my man doesn't eat pork i eat beef and chicken alot less pork

I normally eat three meals a day, Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner. But there are times when I eat two meals a day it just depends on how my day is going. If I am unable to have three meals I eat a healthy snack in between meals. :)

I generally eat two meals a day and snack at least a couple times in between. For some reason, I just don't have (or make) time for breakfast in the morning; a quick cup of coffee and out the door!
