Title: Not credited for Mercury Magazine offer or Ipsos I-Say

I completed Mercury Magazine and received the .pdf in my email.  I'm ticked about not getting paid for Ipsos because it is 2.25 and took me over an HOUR.  I have confirmation emails from both places but not from FC.  I'm not new at this, I know how to finish and complete offers/surveys so is there anything else I am doing wrong? I can't turn in a ticket because it keeps saying I have not completed the form.  I can upload a screenshot proving I AM filling out the ticket in it's entirety....
