Today we had 8 inches of snow, and they are expecting more Sunday night into Monday morning. Where is Spring?

I love the snow but only if I am not living with it or having to get out in it. I love to see fresh fallen snow. I guess via TV is best. Stay warm and stay safe.

I am from IL and have only seen very minamul snow this year which i do not mind that much, but when the snow does come it is a very pretty sight.

How can you hate snow?!? :o It's pretty, and sparkly, and you can throw it at people! And make :snowman:! What's not like?

My sons wants to visit a place with snow. I plan on taking him to the mountains this winter season.

I don't love the snow, but then I don't hate it either. It is so good for the land and plants when we get it. and we had over 9 ". But I was out of town when it hit and had to spend an extra day in the motel because of it. I wanted to go home. But once the roads wee cleared we had clear sailing all the way home. it was a 5 hour drive. Stopped to get fuel at one place and the pumps were frozen. We had enough to get home just liked to keep the tank full. It was sunglass driving.

I love snow but I hate that fact that where we live we are trapped because they don't know how to deal with it

I'm not crazy about snow either it snowed a couple of inches this morning then rained quite a bit and now it is going to snow again. Then it suposse to go below zero again on monday and then snow again monday or tuesday night. I would rather have a foot of snow then the snow rain and sleet and frezzing! :peace: :snowflake: :wave:

You might want to move to a state that doesn't snow a lot.

We only have a few days a year and even then, the most has been about two feet, so I don't mind it. I just stay home.

Still snow!... We don't have any snow here in San Diego. But 8 inches it's too much to bear.

I'm glad where I live we have no snow. Sunshine is my type of weather.

I love snow, but I love rain more. Which is fortunate for me, since I live in a state where it rains nine times out of 10 in the winter months.
I'll give props to snow for making even the ugliest things more beautiful, though.

hey nancy it is me aggie i don't like the snow i moved down to florida over 35 years ago i am from nj so i no how it is i have family up there that asks me to come up but i tell them not unless it is summer i don't like the cold but snow is pretty when it first comes down my girl told me all the great things everyone has said and i wanted to thank you personally thanks for the prayers it did help still hurting but i no it will get better i have you in my prayers also hoping your blood work comes back good for you well here comes the nurse so i will talk to you again

Aggie, it was wonderful to hear from you! Heather did a great job keeping up updated. I am so glad the surgery went well and you are ok. Thank God the tumor was not cancer, prayers really do work. Rest, do what the doctors say, and soon this will just be a bad memory. I am so happy you are ok!

thanks Nancy i am getting rest but these nurses really won't let me sleep i am glad my heather did a good job keeping you and everyone updated and i am doing what the doctor says i thank god they did a good job getting all the tumor it is a blessing knowing that i have many years left to spend with my family they have been here for me with all this i'll talk to every one tomorrow they are here to take blood and all the other things they have been doing i told the nurse i don't have that much blood she laughed at me

i love snow when theres only an inch of it; it layers the earth nicely. But then the snow gets mixed with the dirt and the roads are filled with mush. :\

i too am not a fan of snow. i think that its pretty to look at for the first day and then it just becomes a mess. on a side note we normally get a ton of snow but this year we have only had about a foot or a foot and half and not all at once either. very strange.

I live in Illinois and we tend to get alot of snow. This year seemed mild compared to previous years.

We had 15 inches of snow where I live, and yes, more is coming Sunday night. I love the idea of snow - watching it fall, seeing how magical everything looks covered in snow, taking pictures of it, wishing I could play in it like I did when I was younger... but then I have to get out and shovel for a few hours, which is not as easy as it used to be! However, it's hard to believe that there are so many people that have never even seen snow.

I live in Texas so we don't see much snow at all I wish we had more of it much I would love it

December was great because where I live we got maybe an inch of snow for the whole month. Now, in the next couple of days, we're expected to get 11 inches. Not looking forward to it.

Yep, I dislike winter...more and more as I get older. I live in Michigan and we have been lucky last year and so far this year as far as amount of snow. However, it look like here it comes.......UGH!

I just came inside from blowing out the driveway. I'd say we have 4" of new snow on the roads and driveway. I am grateful for my snowblower!!

I really dislike snow. It's messy. And when it snows here in Georgia - people freak and folks can not drive in it,

Used to blizzards up here in MA. But i admit, as you age, it does hurt along with the cold air.

I'm glad that I don't live where you live. I can't stand snow. I need as much warmth as possible. I'd have to heard to Florida for winter. I believe it's less than 8 weeks til spring. We gotta hang in there and think warm thoughts.

Here we go again! We are expectating a major snow/ice storm tonight into Monday afternoon. They are not saying how many inches, but are saying it can become a huge storm! Did I ever tell you I HATE SNOW!

I like to see it in movies, but not in real life, we have about 6 inches in Kearney, NE and that's too much for me...

I don`t totally hate snow, love it sometimes, when we have time to spend time outside and play with my kid, but not all the time though. It gets old very quick.

Where is SPRING? Are you kidding??? It's the 1st of Feb~spring isn't anywhere near us!!! Dig in and get out the marshmallows!

In a month or two you all should be cleared :) I personally like snow, I just don't like to be snowed in for too long.

8) I live in central florida so snow isn't an issue for me thank goodness - lived in NC twice in my life and thought snow was beautiful to look at but I have no use for being out in it or living in it. I'm a Florida girl and that is it ! :snowman: You guys in snow country stay warm and safe !
