Title: SB Halftime show
Post by: ktheodos on February 02, 2015, 04:30:53 am
I actually watched all of it this year...quite an act that's for sure! Katy Perry definitely had quite the vision and bravery, and had like 5 outfit changes...lol. I can't imagine how much time, $ and personnel went into that production!

I love Katy Perry and she did put on quite a show. I wonder how in the world she changed clothes so quickly and where.

I thought Katy Perry did a great job with the half time show.  I really enjoyed it.

Not only did Katy Perry have all those outfit changes, she had to be brave enough to fly around in the air on a swing and learn all the dance moves so that everything was perfectly choreographed. She did a fantastic job!

I have to say it certainly captured my attention and held it.  It truly was a "show" to watch.  And it was family friendly, suitable for all ages.  I really have a new level of respect for her.  She has set a high bar to top now.  I am trying to think who they could get next year that could pull off that caliber performance.

I didn't watch the entire halftime show but what I saw I enjoyed and was very impressed with. The ones I had seen in the past I never really liked. But if the halftime shows are anything like last nights I will start watching them again!  :peace:

I enjoyed Katy's performance.  It was difficult to understand her words as she sang, but that might only be me.

I thought she did an excellent job. I agree that she really did put on a show rather than just a mini-concert. Very polished yet still sang and danced with heart (rather than sounding like she was just going through the motions).

I enjoyed Katy Perry. Thought Missy Elliott and Lenny Kravitz did a great job as well.

I thought it was a pretty good halftime show. I can certainly say it was one of the best one's I've seen.

I had wondered about all those quick costume changes too.  The props were amazing & wow those fireworks!!  It would be interesting to know how much all that cost...

Personally, I think the half-time show was a complete waste.  Although she's a good singer, this was truly over the top stupid, even for her!!!

i was surprised how many different outfits she changed into, i am not the biggest Katy Perry fan but she did a decent job for the half time show.

It was enjoyable, I wouldn't say it was a performance to be remembered or anything but I didn't really expect that either.  It was good.

I loved it. I thought they really went all out to provide excellent entertainment. I'm not even a big Katy Perry fan.  I loved the lion.

Katy did alright. I didn't care for that Missy person. I don't get why they had Lenny Kravitz there just to sing back up (on "I kissed a girl" of all things!) What a waste of talent!

Left Shark stole the show. All hail Left Shark.

It was good.  I didn't get real excited over it but I definitely thought it was better than Bruno last year, and I think Bruno is great.
