I went to cash out and it stated that I had to get my sign up bonus first. So I clicked on it and was sent to a page where I had to pick a company to sign up with. I picked nfo my survey and got an error problem with email go back and correct it. I didnt put my email in yo ujust click yes or no. I also clicked on my points and the error came up problem with the 'fname' go back and correct it. Again all that was there was yes or no to click. Why is there such a problem to cash out? I spent a lot of time getting all the ones I did and I also didnt get credit for the big amounts at all. Tell me how to cash out please.

I had set up a direct deposit account and then I got this message that is was an invalid account number, does this mean I lose all that money?  Or will it get sent to me in a check since I changed my cashout options to check?

Madd4Money, you should still get credit for those surveys, even if you hadn't completed activating your account at that time.  If you do not receive credit, check your cookie settings and make sure that your computer is set to receive all cookies (including third-party cookies), which may be necessary for proper tracking.

Tamarasshop, I'm going to let someone who can fix the coding field that question.

Ajd, no, that does not mean you lose your money, it will be sent via check if you have a pending cashout request and your payment method is set to check.

I can't cash out. My account page says I'm eligible, but when I click cash out it says I need $15 in completed offers, which I do have. In the meantime I have money expiring  $14 so far and am very frustrated. I've started to help tickets on this issue and gotten no response.

I think I have this fixed -- please try again!

Our records indicate that you have DD setup correctly.  You can verify it on your Direct Deposit page:
http://www.fusioncash.net/directdeposit.php
If you want to cashout to Direct Deposit and you shouldn't have any problems.

I also got an invalid account number although it was correct.  If I have it sent paypal will it take just as long?
The same applies to you -- I see your DD info on file.  PayPal payments take about the same time as Direct Deposit.

Sorry about that!  Regarding your tickets -- I don't see any in our system from your account.  I don't know what to tell you.
Regarding your cashout -- I apologize for that embarrassing bug!  It has been fixed, and I went ahead and cashed out for you.  Let me know if you have any other questions or concerns.

I have had to request manual credit for a couple of offers.  They ask me standard questions like "am I sincerely interested in trying their offers?".  However, they also ask me for original confirmation emails from the advertisers.  Many of them don't send emails confirming that the requirement have been met.  For example:  I completed the Bidz.com offer by making a purchase, not just joining the service.  However, Fusioncash still asks me to provide the original email stating that I joined the club, not to prove I made a purchase.  There are others, too.  Talent 6 never sent me an email stating that I joined, as per the requirements of the offer.  I emailed the Help center of Talent 6 and they sent me an email with my member name and login info, nothing resembling an original confirmation email.  What do I do?
Title: Re: Ask The Staff
Post by: Administrator on August 17, 2007, 11:35:45 am
I will let our MCR department know to be lenient with the emails for Talent 6.  Just paste the email that you received from the Help center as your confirmation email.

Regarding Bidz.com, a purchase receipt should be acceptable confirmation regardless of the type of offer you completed.

Sorry for the confusion.  I will think about how to rephrase that section.
Title: Re: Ask The Staff
Post by: phillingroovy on August 17, 2007, 11:39:45 am
Great!  That really helps.  So even if they ask for the original confirmation email, you can paste whatever info should be acceptable along with a note explaining the predicament?
Title: Re: Ask The Staff
Post by: Administrator on August 17, 2007, 11:44:23 am
Yes -- that's actually what the notes field is for :)

We try to be reasonable, but MCRs have been SO heavily abused in the past that we have to be extraordinarily restrictive with them.  It's unfortunate, but we don't have much of a choice.

Erm, would it be considered against the concerns of most of the companies who give us offers if I told people that although by doing these surveys we're likely to pick up tons of spyware/adware/whathave you that you can use a simple adware-remover like Spybot Search & Destroy to clean up after a day of completing surveys and filling out offers?
I don't mean to defame our gratious sponsors, I just think it would be in the best interests of everyone that our computers could move fast enough for us to even surf the web.
Title: Re: Ask The Staff
Post by: Madd4Money on August 17, 2007, 09:37:43 pm
Ok  I'm working on the cookie thing, but could you explain something to me???  We fill out these surveys and then get all of these e-mails from the sponsors.....i realize some say they need to have e-mail validated and such but do we need to do each individual survey that is sent as well or just the original one we started with????

Thanks

Also, haven't received my sign up $5 yet nor have I received anything for a referral....how long do these take???  Thanks again.
Title: Re: Ask The Staff
Post by: Sarah on August 17, 2007, 09:50:40 pm
Madd4Money,
To receive credit for a survey offer, you only have to complete what is described on the offer ad. So no, you don't have to complete any additional surveys from the company unless you wish to. Once you finish what is required, you should receive credit.

If you haven't received your sign up bonus, you can visit this link to get it: http://www.fusioncash.net/confirm.php?do=coreg

You will receive money from your referrals when they:
* Confirm his/her email address: $1 bonus
* Complete his/her first offer: $2 bonus
* Cash out: $5 bonus

Some people become friends with thousands of people they do not know just so they can send out their link via a message or comment. That would be against our rules because you are spamming your link across to many people for the sole purpose of getting them to sign up under you.

Simply putting a link or one of our banners on your personal Myspace is not a problem at all. ;D

I keep getting this "Your account is unconfirmed! Please check your email for a message from FusionCash and click the confirmation link in it to receive your signup bonus." at the top of my screen!!! I tried resending it, and checked to make sure it's the right e-mail, but it still wont come. I am sure I've confirmed it!!! HELP!
Title: Re: Ask The Staff
Post by: Kohler on August 19, 2007, 07:48:40 pm
Occasionally, some email providers may mistakenly classify our confirmation email as "bulk" or "junk" mail.  Please try having the confirmation email resent:
http://www.fusioncash.net/resendconfirm.php

Then, carefully check your "Trash", "Junk", or "Bulk" email folders for the confirmation email.

If you still cannot find it, please open a ticket, and we will manually confirm your account.

Hi, I'm new to this. I was just tring to do the phone registration where you give your phone number and then you are supposed to call, then I'm supposed to enter the 4 numbers you gave me. Well I've entered both my home phone and my cell phone and neither phone rang at all. What am I sipposed to do about that?

Hi,

I have read the T.O.S.  and read a few comments around here, and I understand the concept of "We rather you refer 5 people that are active users, then 50 who don't use the service"

But I have a question regarding leads. For example I was originally referred to fusioncash.net because i responded to a Craigslist posting that talked about making money online. I got an autoresponder letter back. Is this considered ok? Since I did request the info about working from home/making money online?

I sent a friend my referral link and i was with her when she clicked on it.  It brought her to my account page and there was no where for her to sign up.  We logged out and then she got the sign up page...but no where was my name as the referring member.  She proceeded to sign up and I still didn't see anything with my name on it.  How can I be sure this will go into my referrals??

Thanks for your help and thanks, too, for always responding so quickly.  Its really  nice to to know you guys respect us to realize our time is precious and the quicker we receive responses the quicker we can make some more money!!!  GO FC!!!   :notworthy:

Title: Re: Ask The Staff
Post by: Sarah on August 20, 2007, 04:42:51 pm
Glad I could help :)

Some of the offers, sometimes even Instant Offers, can take up to a week to credit. Since it sounds like the offers you're completing are on the smaller end, you can't request credit for them. We apologize for the failure in crediting, but remember, we don't get paid unless you do! We appreciate your continued patience.

We sympathize with your frustration and value your membership; please check your account for a bonus as our way of saying, "Sorry".

Why do only some people get the apology bonus? especially with the deadline to cash out is very soon.
This is not very fair, and makes me feel unvalued. I was told to wait 14 days.
I would like some kind of fairness and compensation for my frustration.  :BangHead:

juilagill,

The time to wait for credit is now 7 days. It's relatively new so it hasn't been implemented and updated everywhere. I apologize for the misinformation. Masterp00n received the bonus because he expressed frustration that his small offers were not crediting. We apologize for your frustration as well, and we value your membership as much as anyone's. Please accept my apologies and check your account for a bonus for your frustration. :)

Masterp00n,
I'm assuming you're asking if the bonus counts towards the required part of $15 to cashout. If I'm wrong, please correct me. But yes, the bonus acts as an offer.
Title: Re: Ask The Staff
Post by: Sarah on August 20, 2007, 08:04:57 pm
Juilagill,
Usually, if you are going to end up getting credited, the crediting process happens in the first few days of the 7 days. But after the 7 days are up, no, you usually don't get credited.

What's the deal?!  I just checked my click tracking link and found that all the offers that were awaiting approval were removed from my list and now the dates attempted all say 1969-12-31?  I had a couple more days to wait before approval of payout for almost 30 cheap offers and now they are all erased and I haven't been credited for some of the bigger ones I was waiting for (ex/ talent6, which never sent me a confirmation email as I expained in the manual request).  Is there a glitch somewhere in the computer?  Please check this out for me.  I was waiting for around $50 in credit.

Thanks for your interest in referring your friends to FusionCash! You can use the banners, images and text advertisements on the following page to refer your friends:

http://www.fusioncash.net/creatives.php

You can find your personalized referral link at the top of that page. Your friends just need to click that link and then proceed to sign up, and they will be logged in our system as your referrals.

Madd4Money, please reread the Terms of Service.  It is a violation of the Terms of Service to use FusionCash on the same computer as another FusionCash user, including a referral.  Please make sure that you and your referral use separate computers and internet connections.  As for the status of your referral, it appears that you have received the bonus for it.

We are not using the same computer.  We were in our office and I pulled up Fusion to show her what it was all about, I proceeded to send her a link (from my computer) and went back to her computer with her for her to pull it up.  Are you saying that I cannot use Fusion while I am in my office??  or at least I can't use it the same time someone else does?  How am I supposed to know how many people in my office are members of FC????  The referral that is showing on my Account Page is NOT the referral I am referring to.

I would like to know why or how you come to assume I am braeching the TOS.  If I am not permitted to refer working associates then that is what needs to be in the TOS!!

Madd4Money, please refer to section I.A.vi. of the Terms:
Users must log in and use FusionCash on their own personal computer and internet connection only. The use of a FusionCash account on a public or shared computer, or public internet connection is grounds for disqualification. You may not access your FusionCash account on the same computer or internet connection as your referrer, referral, or any other FusionCash user. Violation of this term may be considered grounds for disqualification of any and all users involved.

I have one:
The rules state that in order to cash out, 1) you must have $25 in your account and 2) $15 of those have to be from your own activitiy...   My question is: Do I need to have $15 in personal activity EACH TIME that I cash out, or just the initial time?
Title: Re: Ask The Staff
Post by: Michael on August 23, 2007, 08:10:46 pm
TheGoodBuyGirl,
Yep, you need to have $15 from your own activity (i.e. offers) every time you cash out.

Hi Guys  Just wondering about something.  My very first referral I received the Account Activiation referral fee.  My referral says she has filled out and completed many offers...yet I haven't received the Offer Completion bonus for her.  Also, I referred someone who also has says she has completed many offers, yet I have received nothing at all from that referral, she doesn't even appear on my account page.  Can u help?

Thanks

I checked your account and it showed that you received 2 bonuses from MorningMedusa (when she confirmed her email and when she completed her first offer) and 1 bonus from Moneyy4Reddz (when she confirmed her email). Moneyy4Reddz has not completed any offers. Does this answer your question?

Yes and No   Money4Redzz says she has completed offers, but maybe she didn't complete them to the sponsor's satisfaction.  The referral that is not showing up is munequita0801.  She has activated her account and has completed offers and I show nothing on my page.

Thanks!!

Madd4Money, if your referral did not sign up by clicking your referral link (it appears that she did not), we have no way of tracking the referral bonus.  We would try to provide it to you at this point manually, but unfortunately, we typically deny bonuses for signups that do not appear to be legitimate referrals (following the Terms of Service), and two of your referrals appear to have used FusionCash from the same computer and or internet connection as you did.

Herman081980, Can you link me to the offer in question?  I would guess "yes", but I want to make sure they are not redirecting users to another offer.  Thanks.

Regan625, If it's August in the Pacific timezone, you're fine, so midnight the night of August 31st (in the Pacific timezone) is the deadline.

regan625,
Correct, your boyfriend cannot sign up if both of you use the same computer. It is against the TOS, which can be viewed here: http://www.fusioncash.net/tos.php.

You can post referral banners on your own website or other private places and when people click on it and sign up for FusionCash, you will receive a bonus when:
    * They confirm his/her email address: $1 bonus
    * They complete his/her first offer: $2 bonus
    * They cash out: $5 bonus

Please do not "spam" your referral link in bulletins or global messages on social networking sites such as Myspace or Facebook. Your account will be deactivated.

To get your banners, please visit this link: http://www.fusioncash.net/creatives.php

hi staff, got a question. you say we cant "spam" our refferal link on places such as myspace, but on the banners page is says u can use them on your "profile", what does that mean? i would like to get some referrals but i dont know a good way to do it. i only have 4 contacts on my email, so that wont get me too far! any suggestions? i dont want to do anything against the tos and i am a little computer illiterate :-[so i dont want to screw up!Also, is there anyway you could put like a red "x" tab on the offers(like the "mark") so we could keep better track of the offers we have done but are waiting on credit? it is a pain in the  :bootyshake: to write everything down since a lot of the offers look similar when we click the links...thanks staff...you are always so helpful...oh yeh, kohler- is that your first name? if it is... thats cool, i named my son Keller(kinda similar)...

No, you shouldn't delete your account. The purpose of the telephone number is for verification. We don't really need an up to date number on file as long as you have gone through verification. As long as the rest of your data is up to date, you're all good.

Hi everyone :)

I had a few non-credit card offers that didn't go through. It's only been 3 days and I know the wait time is about 7-14 days, but can I just do them over again? I know they're not going to go through, in my experience if these offers don't go through in a few hours - they usually don't. So I can just do them over now or do I have to wait the 14 days?

Thanks!

Ok I just cashed out, on the page where I signed up with direct deposit it said it takes 1 to 5 days. So when I finished cashing out the message said I should have the money in my account by the 20th of september. I am really confused please help. :-
Title: Re: Ask The Staff
Post by: sindra on August 28, 2007, 02:10:38 pm
Apparently all cashouts don't happen until the 20th of each month. Since the 20th of this month has already past, it carries over to the next month. After that, then it'll take the 1-5 days.
Title: Re: Ask The Staff
Post by: Sarah on August 29, 2007, 07:17:31 am
victaniac,
No, you cannot just do the offers over again. It is against the Terms of Service to complete the same offer more than once. http://www.fusioncash.net/tos.php

kasy05,
sindra is right. If you cashed out anytime in August, your cashout will be processed on or before the 20th of the next month. Depending on the method of your payment, in your case Direct Deposit, it can take up to a few days after the 20th for your money to go through.
Title: Re: Ask The Staff
Post by: victaniac on August 29, 2007, 07:37:17 pm
Ah, okay. I read the Terms of Service but I thought that was referring to offers that have been completed in other sites. It doesn't make a lot of sense though, then...because doing an offer doesn't necessarily mean one has completed it. I think most sites allow one to try the offer until it completes, but I'll keep in mind not to do that around these parts. Thanks.
Title: Re: Ask The Staff
Post by: Sarah on August 29, 2007, 07:43:43 pm
victaniac,
Thanks for following the rules :) We really appreciate it.

When you complete an offer more than once, and the company sees you already have an account with them, they tend to not give you credit for the offer. So it's really in your best interest to just complete them once.

I have 2 questions.

#1 - I understand from posts that I've read that once I've completed offers, they are supposed to clear off of my offers page.  But they don't.  I'm sure that I've accidentally clicked on some offers more than once so I've started keeping a spreadsheet of offers I've completed so hopefully that won't happen again.  But it would be so much easier for me and help reduce a stupid mistake on my part if they would come off of my offers page.  Is there something I can do or a setting I can change to make that happen?

#2 - I know that it's not right for me to try to complete an offer again that hasn't credited.  I don't want to cheat anyone.  But what if while I'm on the page, I accidentally close the window before I'm done/lose my connection/lose power, etc.?  I was in the middle of completing the Columbia House offer when I accidentally closed my browser window.  I don't want to cheat anyone or break any rules.

Thanks for your help!

Title: Re: Ask The Staff
Post by: subrandrea on September 07, 2007, 08:26:07 pm
Ok, I answered myself on question #1.  When I went back and really looked at my offers page I see that the offers I've been credited for have dropped off.  But I'm still seeing an awful lot of offers I've completed but not received credit for so I'm going to keep on keeping the spreadsheet to help me reduce the chance of trying to do an offer more than once.  I appreciate the chance to make a few extra dollars when my twins give me a few minutes to sit down at the computer and I don't want to do anything to cheat anyone.

I'd still like an official answer to my 2nd question.

Thanks again!!

subrandrea,
Yes, you're right on #1. Offers you complete do disappear but only once they've been credited.

For #2, yes, it is ok to redo an offer if your power goes out/loose internet connection/accidentally close the browser. But only if you did not see a confirmation page or receive a confirmation email.

Hi!!  Im sorry Im still a little bit confused about this site.  Ok so I have completed some of the couple dollar things, and it says that I cant manually do the credit thing because they are not over 7 dollars.  And that hopefully it will be credited in my account.  What exactly does this mean?  Are there some people who do these things and dont get credit for them, honestly.  And those who do finally get credit for the couple of dollar things, how long does it take do get the credit?  Its been 9 days and I have 24.25 in my account and I want to get them because all together I will have like almost 40 buck and I want to cash out.  When do the credits usually post for those type of offers?  Is there any offer that someone can request that comes out real quick?  I want to cash out for my first time soon.  Im so excited I juse need help!!  Thanks :confused1:

phlmnvann,
I have no idea what you are referring to. FusionCash has no access to anyone's bank account and we do not charge for anything. If any charge is new - it is probably from an offer she signed up for and did not fully read the Terms of Service before pursuing that offer. Some offers place a pending charge for the full amount when you sign up for the trial to make sure you can afford the product if you decide to keep it.

I will keep on flapping my mouth because you guys are scams cause I'm seen some  half people getting there money and the other half of people signing up for offers then getting credited and then  not  getting credited. Come on now you staff members all know that does not make since what a scam. You guys think people are so very stupid.
If you guys are fake evryone will know and I will let it be known.

I don't have to proof my age. I am 20 years old . If you seen me in person I wouldn't even look 20 but I am. But anyway I don't know how to post proof . When I learn how I will post it. For those people that say I dont't read the Terms and Conditions I do.   And I don't even have a cc people and I will not say that again.

Correction people I did not sign up for any credit card offers alright, understand,  I would never do that. And plus I never ever would use my moms credit card. All I know is it's almost the 20 and I still havn't got my money. After I get my money i'm gone lol.
Well ok then lets look at the issue @ hand. if YOU didn't use your moms cc to sign up for something then your mother did and there for she would be at fault. I've been with Fc for a while now and never had one single problem.
If it doesn't work for you then move on.
Check the forum MANY MANY people have shown they receive their due gifts and or rewards for time spent.
If you are not credited then you did something wrong simple as that.
::puts up flame resistant shield::
guess its your time in the spotlight.

FusionCash appears to be very patient by allowing you to continue posting in these forums, however im sure its members patience is wearing thin...u cant bytch an moan about your moms account being over drawn, while the ONLY way it could be overdrawn is thru an offer that was done WITH a credit card!...and since only ONE member per household is allowed on FusionCash... if ANYTHING was done on her account she had to be a member also or YOU used her card....

*im so happy my 20 year old is at work an grew out of whining back when he was 4*

Ok lovely.  First of all did you clear out your cookies before you clicked onto the offer?  If yes, my next question is did you set your settings to allow ALL cookies?  If that is a yes too, then I guess the only other thing I think could have happened is that you had already done the offer before, whether you recieved credit for doing it right (ex. clearing cookies) or not.  Once I figured out what I was doing wrong, I went back to try to redo the ones I didnt get credit for, but I wasnt allow.  I hope that you find out what is wrong, and it is fixed.   This is a good site!

1. Clear Cookies & Make sure settings are as  Set to Accept All Cookies And Enable PopUp Blocker we don't wanna block those cookies from falling on advertisers page.3 don't do so many offers n 1 day 4.make other unique emails 2 use do what offer requires complete survey

I thought this site was going to be a good , easy to make cash website but I have read everything on this website about offers saying they are automatic credits but then they don't credit after the seven days.It says to request payment but then it says if it is less than $7 then you can't.So if you can't get credit for these how do you get the credit? Are they ever going to credit or did I do it all for nothing.Half the offers are sending me emails so I know that the offer went through.I need my money please.

I just have a question about cashing out.  This will be my first time cashing out, so what I want to know is when I cash out when will I find out that it has been approved to be given to me.   Because I have heard of some people having problems while trying to cash out and I dont just want to cash out and think that everything is ok, then come the 20th nothing happens.   So when I cashout will it say pending and stay that way until I recieve my money, or will it say a different status such as approved when it is approved.  I guess what Im saying is, is there a way that BEFORE the end of the month will I find out if my cashout was approved.  I know I still have to wait til the 20th to get my money, but if I cash out today.... lets just say.... then BEFORE the end of the month will I find out that it was approved or no problems with it????

What constitutes completion of the surveys.  Like they're all the same and have that gold offer...silver offer..and platinum offer crap at the end...do we have to sign up for all of those "metal" offers EACH time we do one of the surveys to ensure that it's on our check when we get it?

I'm a newbie and have a few questions:

1. If you are trying to complete a survey but it is taking too long (i.e. hour+) and you click out of it, are you forfeiting credit?

2. If you're within a survey and it is directing you to another survey/offer, is it against T&Cs to do this? Will it impact credit given for completing survey linked from Fusion site?

Tks!

tecknicolor -  it is against the TOS (terms of service) to discuss cancelling of offers in the forums.  questions such as that should be handled by either e-mailing or PM one of the staff members.   :)

mcriss - cashout day is the last day of any given month and payment is received by the 20th of the following month.  Our last cashout was Sept. 30 - If you cashout in October then yes, November 20th would be your payment day.....you might want to think about cancelling your cashout and accumulate more credits during this month and then cashout on October 31.   :)

texan, yes privatephone is just that easy - its free, its easy and it HELPS!!!!!!  LOL

Chad - You need to delete the cookies that collect on your computer when visiting different sites, you can sometimes visit the same sites over and over again when doing offers.  The cookies need to be deleted so that the sponsors don't think you are doing the same offers over and over again.  The quickest and easiest way to do this is go to www.ccleaner.com and download the ccleaner software.  Its fast, easy and free!!     Nothing to worry about with the download either.  I've been using it for a while with no problems at all.   :)

dipatcher, did you "Request Credit" from your Credits Page or did you open a Support Ticket?  It can take a while once you have requested credit - I'm waiting over a month for one of mine to be decided.  If you opened a support ticket, you should receive some sort of response rather quickly - the Staff here is great for that!!   :)

dipatcher, if the offer is $7.00 or more you can request the credit from your credits page   you will see that it says Request Credit next to the offer.  That is the First step you need to take.  I wasn't sure which you did first that's why I mentioned both.  If you have no luck after Requesting Credit then I would suggest opening a ticket.

before you can cashout your 600th dollar to be received in a tax year, the system will require you to complete an online form W-9.  If you go on to cashout that 600th dollar and receive it, we will send you a form 1099-MISC the following January which lists the total amount you've earned as "non-employee compensation".  You'll enter our EIN and the amount on your tax return and, generally, pay a certain amount of tax on them.  Beyond that - we can't give tax advice.  Hope this helps...

Because most people who post on myspace have 10,000+ friends who constantly spam with bulletins and messages. Furthermore - if many of your referrals are fraudulent - it can have an adverse affect on your account.

naughtyplaya,
Your account shows you have 2 referrals. You've received bonuses for one and the other one has not confirmed his/her email.

tylisa1,
It is against the TOS to "redo" offers. Offers can only be completed once unless specified.

Buzinezzman,
Please do not redo offers. It is against the Terms of Service (http://www.fusioncash.net/tos.php).

grymlyn,
Yes, we get new offers. There isn't a specific time that new offers are available, but keep checking the New category.

I am also not receiving credit for offers that I complete in full. My browser and cookies are fine. I don't know what is going on, but I have not been able to get credit for surveys or offers. I just joined Saturday since I was interested in the site. Am I doing something wrong?

princessrockstarr, jchesney, and Buzinezzman,
We apologize for the failure in offer crediting.  Unfortunately, the advertisers do not allow us to request manual credit for offers which pay out less than $7.  There is simply nothing we can do to obtain credit for your completions.

You can read more about the offer crediting process on the offer crediting FAQ:
http://www.fusioncash.net/faq.php?crediting

Tomoya,
Your cashout will be approved on or before the 20th of October. Usually, it is approved earlier than that date, but you may not receive payment until a few days after the 20th.

Everyone that complains about offers not approving are NEWBIES. An offer approving is "hit or miss" at best. That's why I don't do credit card offers. I'm not paying for something that might not approve. Freebies are a total "crapshoot" too. You might have to do an offer 4 times for it to approve using a different email every time. At least a freebie doesn't cost you a dime. I made $86 here last month on freebies.

NETFLICKS....BLOCKBUSTER......good luck. I've been around a long time. Good luck with those. I'd say...sign up if you want the service. It's like a Generious Genie offer. Ain't gonna happen for credit.
Title: Re: Ask The Staff

johnnyutah,
Doing any offer more than once is fraud and will get your account closed. Doing offers is not a crap shoot either, if you do them right and have your browser configured right you will get credit MOST of the time. I say most because sometimes systems glitch and just don't report credit, even if everything is done correctly on the user's end. And there are certain offers that are notorious for not consistently reporting credit, while others work every time. Plus doing the offers that you pay for - you are supposed to be interested in trying the service and getting the cash back is a bonus. You are not supposed to do an offer for the sole purpose of earning the money from it, and then canceling the service just because you got credit for it. As a warning to everyone, I am going to be tougher and stricter when it comes to these open admissions to frauding the offers and FusionCash itself.

If so you don't have to have text messaging they just call your number.

If you are paid by check and you cashout earlier in the month like say i cashed out today, am i still not gonna get the check until or around the 20th of November? Basically if cashing out gets the check to you faster thats what i would like to do but if its the 20th of the next month then i just gonna wait to cashout.

I guess I have a problem with this too. If WE do what we are supposed to and we get it right why do WE not get paid because the advertiser is playing games with fusion cash? Fusion cash said I would get paid for what I did if I completed the requirements. I see a number of people here who have done these offers, getting the items they order or sign up for, even getting charged for them and NOT getting the credits here. I just want the money credit for what I completed. I don't want to have to keep fooling around with the whys of it. i did it and thats that. and some of them do not send you a confirmation email so how are we supposed to prove it other then credit card reciepts and such?

If fusion cash does not pay us we take it up with fusion cash. If fusion cash does not get paid by them that is for fusioncash to handle on their end. Makes people feel like they are wasting their time.

I am still fighting with Cellfish and STILL have not gotten my credit from fusioncash! The scholorship offer still has not credited me and those are just 2 of about 20 or more.

I racked up 87.00 on another site and got my credits. I made sure I am not doing duplicate offers. So WHAT is the flipping problem?  The holidays are coming and I could really use the money or I would not be here. I have a special needs child who I am with all day and I am on here in the wee hours of the night and morning. I am tired and to be feeling like I am wasting my time is not fair. Then to find out that Fusioncash takes credits away because the advertisers don't pay? So I have no way of knowing if I am even going to get my money or not? C'mon!

That is fine all well and good IF the company sends you a confirmation email. If they don't you only have reciepts for some of these. and what good does that do me for the rest. that was a lot of work i did. And again I am not concerned with Fusion cash's problems with getting paid. The vendor does not owe me they did not agree to pay me fusion cash did. I have chosen to cash out what i already got credited for. Hopefully i will get the rest but until that is straightend out i am not doing any more offers. The other sites I worked equally as hard on have credited me for my work and I have no problems.

ok look. There are not just one or two people complaining about not getting their credits. There are way too many here complaining for this to be an error on the part of the members. Something is not right here and fusioncash staff is NOT addressing this problem.

We want our credits and our money why is this such a problem for you guys to deal with it and correct it? You cannot just say you will pay for completed offers and then not do it. this is getting annoying and rediculous not to mention starting to make me angry at the lack of attention being given to it. DO NOT come back with yet another "its the luck of the draw" response because it is NOT and that is not acceptable. Instant credits are not instant and it is mostly the same offers not crediting.

You know, I just dont get it. If someone is so darn unhappy with a site, then why dont they just move on? I have belonged to other GPT sites before that I was totally unhappy with--nothing and I mean nothing, ever credited. I was completely wasting my time by remaining a member on those sites. So....do you know what I did???? I went to my account section of the site and hit "delete my account" and moved on.

Heres the deal.........this is FREE money that you are getting from this site. You arent spending money to make money, you are literally getting free money. Why would an yone complain about that in any way, shape or form? If you find that you arent getting the satifaction that you crave, why not just move on? I know that I would in order to alleviate the frustration in my life.

Where in the heck do you get it is free? I did nothing for it? I just signed up and sat here doing nothing? Yeah right! 120.00 worth of offers completed and all i got credited for was 39 bucks! who knows if i will even get that. Maybe you're time is free but mine is NOT! I could be playing pogo and getting more satisfaction and I don't expect to get paid there because they don't agree to pay me.

I earned those credits and i want them what the hell is wrong with wanting what I earned?

And FYI I ended up spending more then I was credited by the time I was done! So know what you are talking about before you open your pie hole!

hmm.. these post are strange..
first of all the offers approve if you have never done thme before.. not if you have not done them here before.. its at all never ever done them ever before..all computers or actually the system we use like dsl or whatever you have have an ip address so there's no way around that .. i'm sure if fusion is getting paid they will pay you.. why would they choose you ,out of thousands of people here.. to not credit? doesn't that sound a bit irrational? i am not being mean spirited i'm just saying it s it is you can take it or leave it thats all..maybe you're not confirming your email address in some offers .. ? but fusioncash staff would not single anyone out to just simply not credit them .. this is a fantastic site and pays thats just my opinion

We monitor conversion rates (that is, the proportion of people who are credited for an offer vs. those who click it) and ALL active offers have rates that meet or exceed industry standards.

So if you are repeatedly failing to get credited, please take a look at your browser settings and software - stop clearing cookies, if you are.  Since the vast majority of users (by the stats I can see right in front of me) are completing and being credited for thousands upon thousands of offers every day, I have to say that this problem is likely on your end.  If there was something *we* could do about it, we would.

In defense of FC, unless they are getting something out of NOT giving u credit why wouldnt they give u credit?(im not a groupie :female:)..not all sites are run the same..i have found crediting issues on a couple of other sites and if i cant get credit on a particular site...I MOVE ON...i dont complain about it, because i know the response im gonna get is usually 'its on ur end,(meanin, YOU arent cleaning cookies, giving the right info etc) and crediting is out of OUR control"....

I really doubt if gpt sites are withholding credit on purpose..(what good does it do them??)

Even tho i feel its not fair to do offers, get ur email spammed to death, and not even get a reason as to why ur offer wasnt approved, i dont join GPT sites lookin for a "guaranteed" income..if u work at a job an do the work an not get paid, u can take the matter to a higher authority, if gpt sites dont pay u, ur just azz out..plenty of these sites have shut down owing folks tons of money, and all those people can do is suck it up an hope like hell the next site does better..there is no 'gpt law book of ethics'..

sorry u guys arent gettin credit, but im sure u all are doing alot better then i am..i still have ONLY $2.25 since the last cashout, but i dont sweat it, i come here for the forums mostly -and to spy on kohler- :o, when i log onto FC i dont even see the homepage anymore, i bookmarked the Account page....i probably should check the homepage once in a while heck there could be new offers im missing dont take the crediting  personal..you will make urself crazy if u do..lol

I have reached a conclusion... some ppl are not "a" source of drama, they are THE source.
Not that I wouldnt be angry if I didnt get credited for some offers.. but the ones above $7 you can request manual credit for: Stamps.com didnt credit for me either but I'm waiting to see if they will aprove it or not. Btw, I have more offers that didnt credit than you did and Im still happy with the money I got... Look at it this way.. at least you get to stay home with your kid and make SOME money..

it does not hurt it, it helps ot... if you do it right.. after you finish the offer you have to wait about 30 secs before closes it then another 5 secs before deleting cookies. if you delete to soon, the cookie for the offer will not drop and you will not get the credit :)   most sites tell you to delete after ecery offer. they just forget to add in not to do it to fast lol

hot account then hit the offer tracking link.. that is where you will see the ones you have done. also some take time to credit even if they say instant. and this place is also how fusioncash knows what ones you have done :)

it's like this.... no matter what you do, if the avertisers say you did'nt do the offer they way they wanted for you to get credit then fusioncash can not give you credit. no one in this world, including fusioncash knows why avertisers do or do not approve an offer.. only the avertisers know this. so honestly, if you wish to yell at someone or go off on someone. try to do it @ the right people. not the owners of a site trying to make money by helping us make money, or by people in this forum taking their time to try to help you out.

yes in a way it is unfair but.... if you read the FAQ's on sites, that is why they tell you ONLY do offers you are TRULY interested in. that way you get a product or info for something you wanted anyway. don't just do it for the money. .... also so you know, i put certain words in caps so people who did'nt read the faq sees it. not anything ageast you lol. i'm a sweetie not trying to get in a forum fight lmao

"Why haven't I received any credits yet for the offers I have completed and when you try and contact someone about it you can't i have actually bought things and still haven't gotten my credits and i did obocard and received the card and still have not received my credit for that should i report you all for fraud?"

I don't want to have to keep fooling around with the whys of it. i did it and thats that. and some of them do not send you a confirmation email so how are we supposed to prove it other then credit card reciepts and such?

the number of people you see are mainly newbies and in being so may have messed up and not completed the offer fully. i've been there done that. this is the 1st gpt site i ever joined and it took me almost 2 month before i could cashout because i was'nt getting credit for any offers.... turns out... i was closing the offers after doing them to fast and not giving time for my cookies to drop from the offer site. there for there was no record of me doing them. once i learned that i started counting to 30 after finishing each offer before closing it,.... hav'nt had a problem since.. on any site!

C'mon!

Staff:

How many times do you have to fax your ID before it is enough proof I am who I say I am? Do I need to fax it every time I cash out?

I completed my first cash out successfully, then my second one was denied until I sent in ID, which I did twice, and by then my offers expired. I have had all verification steps completed with direct deposit setup. When I try to CO it is still saying I cannot cash out because my last one was denied.

I faxed in ID again on July 1st. Also submitted a support ticket but got no answer. I don't want my offers to expire again.  :BangHead:

:BangHead:

Once again, my credited offers are dropping like flies and not a peep from staff about my ticket or fax. I am not even sure this site is paying out anymore. I got my 1st payment no problem, but my 2nd and now 3rd I got the run around on and that didn't get resolved, now the offers are expired. Does staff even help anymore? Whats the point of even being verified and having direct deposit setup when staff is just going to ask for id and then never payout when you send it? Are there even any real live staff members or is the whole thing computer automated now?

I am new, & not getting paid for alot of my offers I completed. I went to the .15 cent daily offer & completed it, there was no place to redeem so I tried it again 2-3 times, checked cookies & all still no redemption button. I was not getting any payments for 2 days now, & I want to give uop, I had only $1.95 to make before hitting $25.00 & completed 37 post & no payments, please help me, TY...

Hmm, is there anything else for earning from referrals? Like 10% of what they make?

If you are trying to post those things that show how much money you made, and you post your fusioncash referral link on accident, not knowing its a refferal link, do you get banned?

Why didn't I get paid this morning? I took the longest survey ever. It must of took over 2 hours, and then it said congratulations and I am absolutely sure cookies is on. I even seen where it was recorded, but still not paid. This is frustrating. I went all the way to the congratulations you have completed survey, then went through the offers, and got the eversave page.

I joined one site last night using 2 different emails... have already gotten the "Welcome to" emails in my inbox... but no credit here. Live and learn, I guess... after all, everything's free (that I participate in), besides your own time that you put into it.

I cashed out Oct 20th and have not received a check yet.  My account says payment was mailed, but I still have not received it.  I wasn't sure what steps I could take to maybe have this corrected.  Thank you.

You shouldn't expect your money until around Nov. 20. Then a few days past that if they're mailing you a check. When you cash out by the end of one month your payment is processed on or around the 20th of the following month.
