I woke up at 4 a.m. with blood in my urine. Wait! No urine, just blood. Thankfully, my family doc took me right away and told me not to worry too much (I had a right hemicolectomy one month ago and had been going through He-11).
Tired of being poked, probed, groped, tested, stuck with needles, etc. Nine different doctors since December. Sickening.
Would you all please pray for me? I'm losing it with depression.

Hang in there! Wishing you the best for healing, recovery and less probing, groping, etc..

Will for sure pray for you and hope you will do the same for me. I am in Afib and already have issues with pain and mobility - have had several surgeries in my life so I sure understand some of what you are going through. I will add you to my prayer list. Take care and may you recover quickly.

Thank you ktheodos and debidoo....
The worse part of all this is i was healthy up until I developed a knee sarcoma in 2012 where they had to perform 1 surgery to take all the "meat" from my knee and another one to graft part of my gastroc muscle and some skin over the bone.
I was good until I saw my radiologist in Oct. when he found the precancerous tumor through a CT scan, and it's been downhill ever since. I used to joke that I was a "lumpy person" because of all the surgeries I've had for cysts and tumors, mostly in my 20s but I no longer find it funny.
The worse part is that my husband was really, really worried because my best friend died of colon cancer 9 years ago and his best friend's wife died of colon cancer a month ago. He was scared for me and I tried to keep upbeat for him but it's very tiring.
Debidoo: I will add you to the prayer list for your Afib. You take care, too, and I hope things work out well for you.

I am so sorry. I know how it feels to be sick. I will pray you are completely healed. I am fighting cancer myself and I do believe in the power of prayer. Good luck and please keep us updated.

If your doctor told you not to worry then I wouldn't stress too much. Did he tell you what was going on? Usually doctors say things that are more prone to make you worry.
-
Will send up prayers for you and just remember, have faith in God, because he never lets anyone down.

You are in my prayers. I know how the depression can set in and make the fight harder. I am praying for strength for you.

Awww, hang in there. Sometimes things just take time. Try to relax (I know, easy to say). Maybe go watch some funny or entertaining animal videos that will take you away for a bit and put a smile on your face. Laughter really is the best medicine. Know, too, that you've got my prayers.

Thank you everyone. Saw the Urologist that afternoon. I waited almost 45 minutes for the Urologist to see me even though I was the only one in the waiting room and was taken to the exam room right away. They took a sample for lab testing. My family physician couldn't do the test because there was no urine.
Anyway, this Urologist told me not to worry that it's probably just an infection and put me on Cipro. I'm still waiting for the lab results to come back and have another appointment in a week.
The bleeding did slow down by the time I saw him and by the end of the night it was done but it's just the whole idea and very scary since my hemicolectomy was exactly a month ago and the surgeon told me all my small intestines were "stuck together" with adhesions. I was thinking maybe he may have punctured my bladder or something.
As my mom used to say, "The golden years....#*($)(*@!~$*." (You get the picture? ;D)
Nancy5 - i did put you on my prayer lists and hope you stay strong and positive. I know it's hard.
Again, thank you everyone. You all made me feel like I'm not alone.

I will keep you in my prayers. Hope everything gets better.
