Title: For Anyone with Crediting Issues on Crowd Flower Tasks.....

On one of my other posts in the "Support" section, I spoke of having some issues with Crowd Flower's "crediting" and "site Security Certificate."  I send in a support ticket to FC and this is what they said:

The tasks from 3-2-15 were tracked, but not deposited into accounts.

We have reached out to CrowdFlower who is working to restore the credits to accounts. The credits are not lost, they are just not attached to the appropriate accounts. We appreciate your patience during this time.

So, if any of you guys out there are having similar problems, I'm assuming this would apply to you, too.  I just wanted to post it so you know that all is not lost.

Awesome, thanks for the update!

Are you able to access the tasks today? I keep getting a bad gateway message.

I've had no problems accessing the Tasks today, skippymcnapper.  As a matter of fact, at the very top of the Tasks pages (once you click on a Task), it does say that Crowd Flower has fixed the problem with the "Help" button.  I gave it a try on a couple that I had problems with today, and it does work now.

even after the we fixed it notice came on. I was not credited for a string of 7 tasks. they credited me as though I did one task. yet they had 7 of them in a string for me to complete. that means 7 per page. I blogged the problem on their blog. easiest fastest way to talk to them about themselves.

How many actual "pages" did you complete?  The tasks usually pay per page, doesn't matter how many are on ONE page.

skippymcnapper, I never did send Crowd Flower a ticket.  I filed one here with FC, and my first post is the reply I got from FC.

You might have to wait a day or two before Crowd Flower replies, but it's been my experience that they reply pretty quickly.  If not, maybe send in a ticket to Fusion Cash.

Well, I hope you get your credits, too.  I know how frustrating it could be to complete something, not get credit for it, or not even get a reply about it.  We're not machines doing these tasks, and it's bothersome to be ignored when you know you're doing the best you can.
