Title: Who's the Video Villian?

I need to thank-you, Fusion, for having a selection of videos available lately, including one of my favorites, HyprMax.  However, on the other hand, when videos don't credit I feel like my time is not valued.  I am not sure who is responsible...you, Fusion, or the video vendor.  Nonetheless, the origin of the problem needs to be found and fixed!  Please!!

Very well said, Janice.  I totally agree with you.  The video page is a quick and easy way to qualify for ptc.  I usually do videos, then ptc and if I have time, I try surveys. 

Most videos credit quickly and easily.  Some, however don't for one reason or another.  I usually gravitate to the ones that I'm fairly confident will credit.  Sometimes I try different ones to see what happens.  Sometimes they work sometimes they don't. 

So I just keep plugging away until my account adds up.  It would be nice, though, if the glitches were cleaned up.
