Does anyone else think it'd be nice to get an explanation? I don't rush through surveys and I hate having to second guess myself. I guess it'd just be nice to hear what went wrong. Anyone else agree? :'(

I have had a few survey payments revoked and two months ago, my cashout was cancelled because of this. However, I did get a larger cashout in March.
I would appreciate a more detailed explanation of why my payment got revoked but I accept that Fusion Cash is unable to do this. There are a lot of cheats and liars out there. Furthermore, I work in Market Research and I am never allowed to tell respondents why they do not qualify for a focus group. It has to do with confidentiality
I accept the generalized response as to why payment was revoked and move on. Fortunately, my payments have been revoked very seldom.

I have posted on this subject prior to this. I DO think it would be nice to have an explanation. When it concerns your own behavior or performance, there is no reason for confidentiality. I would only think having specific feedback would improve performance.
I am not saying that Fusion can affect change, but it would be nice if surveyors understood our position. It sometimes seems fraudulent. Time and effort should have an incentive, especially when honesty and thoughtfulness is what surveyors state they want.
I guess if it started happening too often, I would quit doing this.

I agree with you 110%!

I have done many, many surveys here on Fusion Cash, and yes, only 3 or 4 have denied payment, however,
with that said, I agree with you 1000%!! It would be so nice to know why we were denied the payment. I never
understood why giving our honest opinion is then not compensated. I'm not sure, however, even if the advertisers did
give us an explanation on why the payment had been denied. Would we even agree with that decision though ??? I really wonder. :-\

Yes, more of an explanation would be nice. The most recent revokes I've gotten have been for surveys under 50 cents so it didn't effect me too much.

I agree with you .I have had several surveys revoked. One of them cost me a cashout. We should get an explanation, along with the identity of the advertiser that revoked the payment. If I ever find out who denied payment on the surveys I've had revoked,I'll never do another one of their surveys.
-
I agree with you an explanation should be provided. It happened once to me I was very unhappy.
-
I agree. However, from personal experience, most do not provide explanations unless you put in a support ticket and ask. I believe support then would need to contact the advertiser and put in an inquiry to find out why. If memory serves right, anyway.

which survey was it. of course you should get an explanation. if they said you are to fast. they are discriminating you because you are faster then the others in reading and thinking.
-
I've only had it happen once since I joined this site...I doubt knowing why it happened would make any difference cuz most people would disagree with the reason... just as knowing why someone didn't qualify for a survey would make a difference cuz most would not accept it

Never had this happen to me, but have had several surveys revoked, uggggh. So I don't do surveys anymore.
