On tasks page states you need to have a Facebook Account to sign in, I put my email address in and click on the sign in and nothing happens.

What browser are u using? Firefox, chrome, pale moon are the ones that work the best.
They just started this and are having problems.
You have to still put in your crowdflower email than login thru facebook and they have to be matching emails or else it wont go thru.

There are some tasks that specifically require logging in to your Facebook, but I've never had to log my CF in to FB just to do tasks in general

I've always been able to sign into Crowd Flower before. When I tried it through my Facebook account as it instructs you to do, it didn't work.
So I went to both sites and changed my login and password so that they would match and it didn't work.
Then I emailed Crowd Flower for some support and I've not heard anything about it for days. Once again, life is so not fair. I really miss doing the tasks. :(

My CF email and my Facebook email don't match, but I didn't have an issue. I entered my CF email address and a pop-up window came up instructing me to log on to Facebook. Do you have a pop-up blocked enabled? That could be part of the problem

I just had this same thing happen. I've always been able to log into CF with no problems. I tried to put in my e-mail address but it says I still need to log in through FB. Well, I use two different e-mails for those, and I don't want to log in through FB. It's annoying, to say the least.

I went to my other site that I use and was able to do the CF tasks without logging into FB. Wonder why it works there and not here?

That's interesting. I wonder if they are slowly rolling it out? I'd much prefer not to mix by FB account with CF, but as far as I can tell so far it's not posting anything, just spying on me. :)

yesterday on crowdflower I did a long task and didn't get paid. I don't get answers when I ask for help there.

I am glad that I am not the only person experiencing difficulty with the new CrowdFlower/Facebook fiasco. When the heck did this take effect and why? (All rhetorical questions, LOL. I do not expect an answer). It is so frustrating because it is primarily through these tasks that I (and I am sure everyone else here) receives the most money.
I keep getting the message that I am getting instructions on verifying my e-mail, and I never receive it. WTH?!

I'm not really sure how all of it works now, but I haven't had any problems with CF. I do have the same email for both, but that's it. Maybe you could try logging on to your FB in another tab, leave it up while you log into CF.

As of today, I still cannot access the CrowdFlower tasks because of this absurd Facebook account requirement. I tried changing my e-mail address to accommodate CrowdFlower, but I still haven't received the "so-called" confirmation e-mail from them. I am losing a LOT of income because of it. It is very frustrating. Is anyone else having this problem?

I had no issues at first using a FB with a different email than my CF email at first, but then it wouldn't let me link them anymore. I just made a new FB page with my CF email and haven't had any issues again.
What specifically are you having trouble with? I'd like to try to help you.

I think the issue has to do with my e-mail address. I am using the same for both Crowdflower and Facebook. When I type in the address so that I can get the confirmation e-mail, I do not get that e-mail. I will try again in a few minutes. Thank you for wanting to help me, skippy.

If the e-mail address for Crowdflower and Facebook have to match, then I am sunk. I recently deleted the e-mail address that I used for Crowdflower. No matter what I do, I am back to square one. Attempted to contact Crowdflower in the past, and nothing. Getting very frustrated now.

I can get in they just are not paying for the mistakes they made like making you do a string of 1 cent questions. 8, and only paying 1 cent for all of them and they don't answer your support there. they do have a blog you can post what you think of them in.

You have to make sure you are not in quiz mode, they do not pay for quiz mode anymore. as soon as you are in work mode (after you pass the quiz) than you will be paid for the work.
They changed this 2 months ago.
and also when it says .50 that is half a cent so you have to complete 2 pages for a penny.
I have been doing tasks for three months, i never have problems and am always paid. be sure and keep up to date on their blog. Most of this is misunderstanding of the terms and rules.

After reporting that I didn't have an issue, now I do. I signed up for a FB account with my CF email address and now when I link the two it tells me I need to change my email address on my FB account.

I did not bother to do crowd flower no more, it is hard to earn the credit and so trouble to sign in with facebook

If you haven't found your answer yet. Try contacting cloudflower support. They are very helpful in finding solutions.
