I completed a survey on March 29th and never received credit. It was a long, but interesting, survey that should have paid 80 cents. I opened a support ticket assuming that FC would probably not be able to help me. I never heard back from FC which surprised me because I usually get a prompt reply. I accepted my loss and moved on.
Surprise. Surprise. I got an email this morning telling me that my account had been credited 80 cents for survey XXXXX which I had taken the end of March. :)
I have told other members to open a support ticket if you do not get credit for a survey. That is, if you answered the survey honestly and took your time. It may not help but it can not hurt.

That's good information to know. I'm glad you got your credit that was due. It's nice when money is added to your account that you didn't expect rather than money taken away.

good for you boston. they never acknowledged me when I reported unpaid surveys.

I usually get credit for the surveys taken but over the years that I have been on FC, there have been some that did not credit. I always open a support ticket. Sometimes it has helped and other times it did not. Fusion Cash never responded directly to my support ticket this time but I got paid and that is the best response of all.

This happen to me, and I did get my reward.
