Title: Car
Post by: sarahlee on April 12, 2015, 06:38:24 am
Can anyone tell me what's the best car I should buy? I need a car that'll last me a long time. I heard ford focus, hyundai accent and hondas are all good. Someone please help. I'm looking for a small car not anything big.

The best car is the car you can afford.  Any car can be good as long as you take care of it and keep up with your regularly scheduled oil changes and maintenance.

I agree with dreamy but just remember one thing... foreign car parts are more expensive and so is their up keep/maintenance. I only drive a Ford and I've never had problems with mine just as long as you take care of her. :)

Ford family here. But just get something that you are able to afford and is reliable. Search the internet...

When I buy cars I usually ask my dad to help me out because I'm like you I don't know how to buy them. Just ask someone who know about them and could tell if something is wrong with it.

I'm not a big fan of Toyotas, but the Camry and Corrolla seem to be great little cars that last.

i dont know the best car but i hear that Kias are good on gas and the price for the car is not bad either and payments are affordable --my daughter looked into them but then lost her job due to downsizing so it didnt work out but you might try them

You can never go wrong with a Honda Civic or Toyota Corolla.

I would suggest a Honda
They rarely break down, last forever, & have great gas mileage.

My first choice would be a Toyota Yaris.  I think that would be a very reliable and economical vehicle.

That depends on YOU and what you like.  Everyone has different opinions when it comes to cars.  For me I would not want anything but a Ford.  Also no matter what the brand is if you buy a cheap car you are getting a cheap car.  You get what you pay for.

I agree with this quote. There are a lot of things that need to be considered when buying a vehicle. The best vehicle is one that you are comfortable in, that drives well, that is cheap to fix...etc. You can usually find out all of this stuff online! Good luck!

I have always had the best luck with Toyotas and Hondas.  Everyone I have ever driven has lasted many years.  As a matter of fact, I am in the market for a new car at the moment.  I have looked at the new Chevy models but am still leaning towards another Toyota Camry or a Corolla  or go with a Honda Accord or Civic.
