Title: Video Screening Issues

So I have several videos that are giving me the message "restricted by age/gender"... Macy's, Apartments.com, Garnier, and the green DSW vid among them.

Here's the catch: These videos aren't asking me for my age/gender. And as a female in my twenties, I'm pretty sure I'd qualify for at least a couple of them.

I cleared my cache but that didn't make a difference. I'm using Google Chrome.

Anyone else with this issue?

I've had some of them say they were restricted, and then play the very next day.  I use Firefox over Chrome, but I really dont think it is due to the browser

Hmmm... I try mine pretty regularly just to be sure and they always say restricted. But the issue has been going on so long, I just wish someone (it would probably need to be on the advertiser end) would address it!

I have the same situation as yourself. I am thinking that our age and gender are in memory. I am 70 years old so the young (you) and the old (me) are not qualifying. Maybe, it is because we are females? Or it might be that there is a cap on number of views per day. I do keep trying.It could go live any time.

Maybe videos take a little longer too get credit for!
