I just got seriously back into working out multiple times a week. I was just wondering what your opinion/personal experience is with protein shakes? Is their a way to maximize their effectiveness before or after a workout? thank you for your time! 8) :peace: p.S. the one I'm using is GNC Cookies and Cream lean shake!

Protein shakes are good for building the cells after a good hard workout. This will help with soreness in the muscle...
