I have not done much exercising other than yoga for a few weeks. Today I plan on
going to the mall and walking if my pain is not to bad.
What exercise are you going to do?

heck no ! i walk alot but no other exercising my body would disown me ! i wish i was able but if i do any remotely physical exercise it makes my lupus flare up --sometimes walking does! i cheer people who can do yoga and stuff--

Walking, for me that is good especially now that the weather has finally changed; sometimes I do exercise to improve my balance as well. I consider house cleaning a good form of exercise, since you re bending, and moving about. ;)

I do a bootcamp class at 5:30am every other day.
The biggest advice I would give someone is to use some form of weights while exercising, even if it is just holding a pound or two, it takes the weight off real fast. Also, add protein powder soy or whey right after working out. It will help your body recover, and make you stronger & you'll hurt/cramp up less. :)

I try to do a combo of walking and jogging for about 7.5 miles a week, 10 miles in a particularly good week. Only bad weather stops me from doing it.

I am at the gym twice a week for 1.5 hours.
One the other days I walk for half an hour and do another hour of cardio or weights.
I have a slight physical disability and if I don't excersise frequently I have trouble walking. :rainbow: :peace: :wave:

I don't exercise at all, but I really need to. I NEED WILL POWER!!!!

Exercisee is vital to good health. I exercise every day. Walking is the best. Try good safe areas.

Been exercising 30 minutes each day for the past month. :) Maybe I've taken a little break, but I'm still on a roll.

Walking is a great exercise. I have a friend who watched his diet (not extremely) and walked 5 miles a day (6 days each week) for 3 months. He has lost 29 pounds!!! Pretty good, huh! Also, not "race-walking", but just a moderate pace.

I exercise everyday, be it at home or I go to the mall to walk. Plus I lift free weights.

I workout 5 days a week at the gym, my goal is to do a fitness model competition next year, in St. Louis. Besides Cardio, I do chest, arms, shoulders, back and legs in that order then do a little walking/running on the treadmill. There are days I don't want to go, but I have a goal that I want to achieve and hope to be able to do it.

I am a very active individual. I exercise probably 6 days a week, sometimes 7. This morning I ran 4 miles before work.

I like to walk with my dog. I don't get to do it every day. But I really am glad that I get outside and enjoy the sounds. BMaston12

I exercise several days a week. Some days I lift weights, other days I do cardio. Some days I do both

I don't do any formal exercise. I do a lot of walking at work, and that is about the extent of my exercise for the day. When it's warm outside I also do some gardening or yard work.

I exercise about 4-5 times a week. Cardio and strength training.

Not as much as I would like too, but I will be getting back into exercising 3 times a week since the summer is coming up.

yes, since I am getting older, I am watching my weight and excersing every week at least, i get tired and want to fall asleep and i need to feel up and energetic. I dont want to be a tired bore weekling

I exercise 5 days a week. Sometimes 4. When I can't exercise, I make sure I am active to compensate for not exercising.

I just to exercise weekdays for about 20 to 30 minutes, some Cardio and some other stuff, I have been to lazy during the winter and have to start again. I promised myself I will start on Monday hopefully I can keep it

I usually do not exercise at all but this past two weeks i have lost 4 pounds eating healthy everyday and I ran four of the seven days so i was happy with that.

During the spring, summer and fall I walk outside 4-5 days a week. During the winter I hit the gym.
I hate the gym, but I go anyway.

We have a pool in our neighborhood so I do water aerobics 4 days a week.

No unfortunately I need to get back into doing it. I used to try to do something everyday but I fell off the wagon.

Unfortunately I have to say no ... I walk a lot at work .. but on most of my off time I'm here at my computer making some extra cash to help pay bills

I try to do something after work like jogging and I usually try to hit the gym about 3 to 4 times a week. As of late, but I have been under the weather, so I haven't been out and about as much in the past number of weeks. I think I overworked myself and I'm mentally strained.
