Have you ever tried an online driving school? Did it do you any good?
-
May the book learning, but the rest is hands on learning.
-
i took driving classes when i was in school but that was 40 years ago so i am not sure
-
sounds strange to me better to teach hands on.

Driving school? How can you go to a driving school online? You can't drive a real car online???
-
The theory part I can see happening more and more online but that doesn't make you a good driver.

Doesn't seem to make a lot of sense to me....yeah, I suppose some of the book learning could occur, but still...
-
I could see the "book" part of the course being handled on-line, but I can't really see the practical side of the course being on-line. Even if you used a virtual driving simulator (where they show images on a screen in the windows of the simulator, and move the simulator according to the driver's manipulations), it doesn't seem like they'd have the same feel as a real car. And those simulators are so expensive that very few places would be able to have them, and it would still require the person to go to the simulator facility in order to use.

I can see learning the written parts online, but the driving part? You have to be kidding.....that you have to learn hands on, not on the internet.

I'm sorry. I had to wait until I stopped laughing so I could respond. :confused1: If there are such things as online driving schools, Lord, help us all. :silly:
People are bad enough at driving for real. I can't imagine what sort of driver could be matriculated from an online school. :-\

This is interesting, I have never heard of this. But if it would lower my insurance rate, I would go for it. lol
