Title: Internet Explorer issue

I've been using Internet Explorer for the 2 years I've been on FC but I'm having some issues with Internet Explorer and want to start using Mozilla Firefox.  But, every time I try to sign into FC using Firefox it won't let me.  Anyone have any suggestions?  I'd appreciate any info.    Thanks

I'm not sure about Mozilla Firefox, but have you tried Google Chrome? I use to have issues with IE, but switched to Chrome and have had no problems logging on and I've been able to complete more videos than I previously had. It works well and you might want to consider giving it a try if you continue to have problems with Firefox. I hope it works out for you!

Oh my I thought it was just me.  I had to switch from IE to FIrefox or Goodle.  Since t hose  updates a few months back I can barely get anything to work with IE.  Swith and see if it helps.

I had a lot of trouble using IE, FireFox has been great.  Every now and then there is a video (one that has steps) that wont function correctly (like I cant find the "skip this step") and if I try IE it will function.  So when something doesn't work in Firefox I will try IE before totally giving up on it.

Regarding signing in on firefox are you totally sure you have login and password correct?  I know I have pulled my hair out trying to gain access before not to realize I had a typo or there was a case sensitivity issue (felt really stupid when I realized what I did).

I switched to Google Chrome and it does work much better.  And, yes I am able to watch more videos with Google.  The only thing I'm not sure about now is how to set up my Favorites like I had on IE.  As you can tell, I'm challenged when it comes to computers and internet.

Goggle chrome works great and you did not change your name or password so signing in should not be a problem no matter what browser you are on.

I I have a MacBook and was using Safari originally when I began on Fusion Cash. I had many different problems trying to use Safari and the problems still persist. I usually go over to Chrome or Firefox when on FC.

I do not know why you are having trouble signing into Firefox. Try Chrome.

I think chrome works better with FC.
