you can make your own juice at home.
blenders are a help.
I remember when I lived in Poland, the grandma of the house was making tomato soup- no can- she took a colander and squeezed each tomato until the pot was sufficiently full to feed the number of people coming for lunch.

I make my own juice at home all the time. But I don't use a blender...I use a juicer. I started doing it for health reasons and I firmly believe in it.

I used to have a juice machine. I ought to get back to juicing regularly again.

Cost wise...a 64 oz can of tomato juice is $2.00 with 4 servings and two beefsteak tomatoes giving 1serving at $2.50 I'll more than likely stick with the ready made.
