We had plans for us and several of our friends to go on a tubing excursion, more rain came in and brought the creek to over 7 ft flood stage. The tour operator cancelled the trip. I am tired of all the rain we have received this summer. Has it been raining a lot in your a

We have had rain all but three days, in Colorado, since May. We get glimpses of sunshine every day but the kids have been going crazy because they are couped up all day. They are actually happy to see their parents when the work day is through so that they can go somewhere and do something!  Colorado boasts three hundred and twenty three days od sunshine in an average year. I have been here for twenty three years and never seen this much rain. It doesn't affect me that much because I am generally locked in an office for the majority of the day. I do get a little wet because I have been driving a scooter to and from work. The rain doesn't hit until the afternoon so I generally just get wet on the way home and can change into dry clothes at that time. Kind of like when I lived in Florida-afternoon showers every day.

We've had afternoon storms for the past 3 days which is a welcome brief relief from the 97 degree temps and heat advisories we've also had. Before this, we haven't had any rain in awhile and its been miserable hot!

We had the same for a while and it seemed like it would never quit, now it is just dry and hot.

Tired of all the rain?  It has been extremely dry in most places.  : (

I never get tired of rain, I LOVE a rainy day especially on my days off from work.  All we've been getting is the dark clouds, tornado warnings and high winds but not much rain at all to go with it.   :(

WE are doing very well with timely rain so far this year.

Last summer we had too much in June, which caused a lot of flooding.

Currently, the crops look amazing!!

Yes, it has been raining a lot here in Florida too.   Last week it wasn't as rainy as it was hot, but the rain is coming back through this week.

We are having our normal "rainy" season, but it has been a little excessive lately.  Morning showers instead of afternoon.

It seems as if it has been raining all summer where I live.
