Title: no email notification

i send fax and coversheet to fushioncash for verification id since two days but i didnt receive notification in my email i send ticket but didnt receive ansewer how much time take to receive ansewer

I can't help you as far as how much time it will take FC to get back to you.  When you sent the FAX, did your FAX machine print out a confirmation that the FAX and all of it's pages was, indeed, delivered?  That'll be the only way you can tell whether your FAX went through or not.

I noticed you have another post about "support" problems, which I replied to.  If I were you, I would put "support@fusioncash.net" in your email's contact list to be sure that you are receiving any emails they may be replying to you with.
