I am really tired today, been a very busy few days.
I actually have nothing to say today, no opinion on anything....(This is where my family would say "surely you jest.")
My brain is on a short hiatus.

I have days like that myself. It's nice to give the ol' noodle a break every now and then.
Personally, I don't have any problem at all when I don't have anything to say about anything. The down time is nice.

I think you not the only one have that feeling in this world. I have that days a lot past year. Just don't know what to say. Hope it will be soon go away for you like mine. :)

I do have times of silence. But I do talk more than I ever used to. Since my husband died, I engage in more conversations. I find myself reaching out to more people. It is very rewarding to me. I feel like I am finding my purpose. BMaston12

Sometimes we feel so exhausted, that we don't feel like telling what is on our mind. This has happened to me before.

somedays are like that, sme days I feel like having a pity party for me day. Luckily it only lasted for about an hour and then I had to get busy. We have 3 grandchildren living with us (5,4,1) because of some health issues my daughter is dealing with. They just run me down sometimes. The 2 older are in kindergarten and preschool during the weekdays, so I do get a little down time then. But the mental and physical exhaustion do get to you sometimes. Pity party over, I am so glad for the grand kids and my daughter that I am able to take care of them so that she can work on getting her self healthy again.

The best solution is to make a day where u do nothing. Just relax and kick your feet up. Sometimes our bodies needs to reset itself literally

Oh I know how u feel. On the days like this all I ever want is to get a nap then watch movies and relax. :)

If you have nothing to say, close your eyes and meditate, then you won't feel like you're wasting your day. :thumbsup:

I've been feeling like that most days recently.

Some days, our brains and bodies just need an extra day off! Enjoy it!

Some days can be like that, our brain has been on over drive all day and at the end of the day, we really just want to have a moments to ourselves where we do not have to think or communicate with anyone, I have have those moments so truly understand how you feel, do not feel bad just take some me time and unwind!

Oh I know the feeling. There are days I would just as soon crawl in a hole and pull the blanket up around me. But life goes on and we all struggle through it. Most of the time it comes on me when too many people are wanting something from me and I am just one person being pulled in several directions. I enjoy getting on the computer doing fusion cash as most of the time I am left alone then.
