I'm asking because I wonder how you watch TV? I used to have cable, but after a while, it wasn't worth it for me anymore. Why? I wasn't finding many shows or movies I enjoy watching anymore, so it was starting to become a waste of money to subscribe to so many channels for nothing. Nowadays, I plan to stick to antennae, watching shows on Netflix, and buying shows and movies I love on DVD or Blu-Ray Disc. I just bought some old Disney Channel shows on DVD. I think Disney Channel had a lot of better shows when it was a premium channel. I only found that network worth watching regularly for about 5 more years after it became basic.

we have cable. it is expensive. i tell my friends my love gives me tv. he just ordered a cable to see the wwe channel the 9.99 a month more, from the laptop to our large screen tv our tv watching will be better. and doing my fusioncash site runs through my service tooooo :cat:
-
I do not use cable or satellite, I almost watching everything now through the internet.
-
I have cable it is fios it it is a little expensive my husband likes to watchmovies
-
I have none of those now,I just have local channels and I'm satisfy.
-
I have DirecTV. But I am seriously thinking about discontinuing my service and just going with an antenna and the basic channels. DirecTV is getting more expensive every year and besides sports I don't watch that much TV anymore so it's not worth it. I would rather spend my extra time on the computer instead of watching TV.

I just have regular tv that I need a box to watch. Used to have cable and dish but gave it up years ago to save money. Don't miss it.
-
I have Verizon Fios for tv.
-
I have Verizon for cable and internet.
-
I use an antenna and have an Android box for Netflix, so my bill is $8 a month. Then if I want more movies or tv series I have Kodi for free.
-
We have cable, internet, and phone bundled
-
I use satellite for watching TV.
-
I think we are just about the only family in our town who is still watching TV using a digital converter box and an antenna but we just don't want to lose our copper wiring by getting FIOS or any of the others available. Plus we watch very little TV to begin with, just mostly news shows, so we don't need a whole lot of more options available to us.
-
I have Comcast cable at home. It works great and I can't complain.
-
I have Comcast the bundle.

After my husband passed away in 2013 I cancelled cable. He always wanted it so I kept it for him but then when I lost his income I had to cut down on bills and expenses and didn't find that much to watch on it. Also the prices of cable had gone very high in our area. So for years I've had netflix and find that works out just fine for me and is very frugal.

We have cable, but I hardly ever watch tv nowadays...I don't pay for it, my sister does. She talked about getting rid of cable, but she hasn't found an alternative that shes satisfied with yet.
-
I have Dish satellite but I'm looking for a cheaper way to watch TV.
-
We have directv. We pay almost $200 a month and dont watch that much. We are seeing which channels we can cut back on to lower it.
-
i have broadband cable, i only trust that one, satellite, i dont like how it sits outside in the sun
-
Satellite and Antenna usually have reception issues.. Cable is useless to me, and in this day and age every program can be available online... Only get internet from your isp, pay for Netflix, and profit
-
I have Bell TV in Canada and use my sister's friend's netflix on occasion.
-
We have Verizon FIOS. What a great service. Have a good weekend!
-
None of those things.
I use my computer to watch anything I'm interested in seeing.
-
I do not have cable. I cut that off a year ago. All i do is stream via Netflix. Use my sisters Hulu Plus account. So i should say that i'm saving tons of money from cable and i'm satisfied with streaming.

We had Cable, but like you said, for all the channels you get there was nothing to watch (not to mention that cable was dang expensive)! We switched to DirecTV, which was way cheaper than cable, however, when bad weather rolls in you lose the Satellite, LOL. There still aren't a whole lot of things on TV that I'm interested in watching. If I watch 7 hours of TV in a week, it's a lot, and now that 1 of my favorite shows is over for the season and the other is OVER period, I only watch about 5 hours a week. Only reason we keep it is because my Mom loves to watch TV and so does my brother. As far as I'm concerned, I'm not impressed with too much of anything I can see on TV these days.

I have cable. I tried satellite and it was horrible, reception went out for hours at a time.
-
I have satellite, I don't watch much TV other than sports so this suits me fine.
-
I have cable with Optimum Online. Very expensive but afraid to change services.
-
We have cable. Even with just the basic plan it is expensive. But with a family everyone likes different shows, so we need the variety.
-
For me, it's just a digital antenna and the internet to watch anything I like! yay! :glasses-nerdy:
-
I have the cable bundle but am seriously considering of dropping the tv portion of it.
-
I have been looking for different options. I have cable. I hate the digitizing.
-
I have Cable and I love it, I can watch all kinds of shows
-
We have Direct TV.
-
None, just the net. Me myself am not much into tv shows, movies, ect.
-
I've used antennae for years. I've had cable, in the past, but don't want the bill. Besides, with all the broadcast channels showing favorite old shows there's too much to watch now, I don't need more.
-
We have ATMC bundle.
-
I have cable. I used to only have Netflix but they keep taking down my favorites. Plus it's just nice to be able to support the shows I love by watching them when they air.
-
We have cable but it keeps getting higher and I am looking for some thing else
-
We have cable TV for now. If it keeps going up in price, we'll go back to the antenna.
-
We recently dropped our cable due to the high monthly cost....around $100/month.
My husband has subscribed to Netflix and Hulu.
-
Only broadcast t.v. here. I can't see the point in paying a lot of money to just watch garbage. :o
I pick the movies that I want to see on dvd, watch mostly PBS on broadcast t.v. and that's it.
-
I went without cable (and internet) for about 3 months. I did not miss TV "that much" - but the internet I missed a lot. I just recently signed back up for both. I have Comcast, which is digital cable.
-
I have a satellite and am quite satisfied with it. There are packages I can choose from depending on what channels I watch. There is a lot of choice. ;D
-
I have Charter Communications package, Cable Tv, Internet, and Phone, I hardly ever watch the premium channels (HBO, Cinemax, Showtime) tho which is a waste
