Today is National Pledge of Allegiance Day! Do you observe this day by displaying the United States Flag? Do you recite publicly or have you taught the Pledge of Allegiance? What other ideas, activities, plans you have for this day? Have a good day :highfive:

Did the Pledge of Allegiance originally include "under God"?

Didn't know that it was today. Does every day have a national something day?

Maybe so, but I doubt just one country alone would every day.

I believe the National Pledge of allegiance should be said every day in school and at all of the functions. It is part of our history. The one thing I do not believe is that the muslims are allowed to insert their prayer into it. Our country was not founded on the muslims beliefs. They are trying to overcome our country wrong with the governments help and we sure do not need cult being taught in our schools to our children. I call that brainwashing.

No. Once a week is enough. That's how they did it at my elementary school.
