I saw a forum post about this same email recently from another user, but now I cannot locate it. I got an email from FC today stating that there was some unusual activity on my account and "In order to process your cashout, we require additional information from you as allowed by the Terms of Service, section IV.F. * * * We are asking you because we detected unusual activity associated with your account. By providing identification, we can establish with more certainty that you are who you say you are."
So I completed the necessary steps and was met with a page telling me I had successfully validated my account and that my requested payout had been reinstated, but now it showed up as a $31 payment instead of the $32 I had been expecting, and noticed that my current earnings had decreased as well. When I reviewed my pending offers and bonuses, I discovered that I lost a $1.00 signup bonus AND $2.00 offer completion bonus -- both from the same referral.
I've lost referral bonuses before, and based on other comments here, I just chalked those up to referrals who weren't honest with their own information or committed some other site violation and were booted. The problem this time is that this particular referral today WAS MY MOM! We aren't in the same household and I know that she is legitimately/regularly doing her check-ins and watching videos, etc. 150 miles away from her own PC/WiFi. I texted her expecting that her account may have been suspended for some reason, but she said that she was logged in and earning at that very moment.
This has me confused and concerned and also a bit worried ??? ??? I did send in a support ticket looking for reassurance and an explanation, but decided this was also forum-post-worthy. I've done nothing in violation that I can determine, but after getting an email indicating possible unusual activity on my account and then seeing my mom's referral bonuses taken away, I am wondering what the issue might be.
The ONLY thing I can figure is that once or twice a few months ago (just days after I signed up) I logged onto FusionCash while at my mom's house for the weekend. She was not a member at the time and I was not yet aware that there were any login restrictions. When I later sent a support ticket about it, I was told "There is no issue using multiple computers on multiple networks as long as you are the only user on those computers and those networks. Just looking briefly at your account - you are okay." But this was also before my mom was signed up.When she found out I was on a new money maker site with decent potential, she asked me about specifics and how to join, so I sent her my referral link. Maybe it took this long to connect her IP address to my couple of logins from there back in July? If that is the case, I guess you live and learn. I had already warned mom a few weeks ago that if she is ever visiting at my house with her laptop, she is NOT ALLOWED to do any FC earning on my WiFi and also told her I couldn't earn any for myself while at her house (which I told her means I can't ever stay for longer than a day or two, LOL). ;)
I am sad, though, because I know that she was going to be a reliable and regular earner who might get me that $5 cashout bonus every once in a while! :(

July wasn't that long ago, so it could be the IP thing. If it is, your Mom might get booted, too. Since you already turned in a ticket, you might as well wait and see what FC has to say about it.

The good thing is you kinda figured out the problem. I would still be wondering. Great job on the detective work. Hope you get an answer soon.

Got my answer last night. My suspicion WAS the issue. They accepted my explanation and thanked me for it and gave me back the $3.00 in bonuses that were denied. But they were issued as a new/generic bonus so I'm guessing that I won't be getting any of her cashout bonuses in the future. While that is disappointing on one hand -- since I know she will be a regular user, I can live with that if it means that we each have the opportunity to continue using FC and earning into the future.
I was worried that we would get terminated even though it wasn't an intentional or flagrant disregard for the rules. They were able to verify that it wasn't someone trying to defraud the referral system or create multiple accounts and they did right by it. Very honorable and honest in how they deal with user issues. Kudos to Fusion Cash!!!

You may still get the $5 bonus if she is listed as your ref. FC may have just had to create those bonuses as being the easiest way to reinstate those credits, and her status as your referral may have been reinstated as well. Good luck!

This is correct. Future cashout bonuses should post as expected.

Okay, I stand corrected. Thanks for the updates!

I have lost that in the past too, I questioned it and they said that the person had previously signed up in the past and closed their account. Once you have an account you can never have another one, so they lost their account and I lost their sign up and referral bonus.

This is an old topic, but I wanted to re-open it based on a denied bonus that only revealed itself earlier today. Maybe I should submit a ticket instead?
According to the Administrator's post above from September 17th, I assumed that I WOULD be getting $5 bonuses from this referral's cash outs. I got paid today for my November earnings, but pay out was $5 short of my cash out request. Sure enough, my Nov 19th cash out bonus from this referral now shows up as being denied.
So I guess what I am saying is that "future cashout bonuses [did not] post as expected"... :(
EDIT: (I did end up submitting a ticket after thinking this over a bit more)

Apologies, UGetPaid. That was a mistake. I have re-credited you for the bonus effective today.

Thank you! I did see the credit come through. Should that happen again in the future, I will just submit a new ticket and reference this forum thread. As I stated in the ticket, I am very pleased with all of the earning opportunities here. The level of support and prompt attention given to user issues by Fusion Cash support goes far above and beyond expectations!

Somehow, I believe I will be in the same situation. I am currently out of the country (Canada), which is where I go at least once a year. Should I just submit a ticket to FusionCash each time I leave the country so that they are aware it is the same person (just a different location and IP address)?
-
How long are you away in Canada? If it is just for a short period, you might consider putting Fusion Cash on the shelf for the duration of your trip. I access the site from two locations, my house and my office. I know that there are no other users in those two locations/IP addresses. But when I visit my mother or go to another location and stay at a hotel, I don't want to risk my membership, so I just stay off of Fusion Cash to be safe.
///DISCLAIMER/// I am not telling you with 100% certainty that the rules prohibit you from using FC while in Canada or that you will get banned for doing so; but only that it might not be worth the risk in case that is a possible result.
Others who have been around longer might have more insight, but this was the advice I received (or at least my interpretation of the advice I received). Much better to lose a few days worth of earnings than jeopardize a whole future worth of earnings!

If you and your mom live in different houses then that's fine and applys within the rules of FC if you two lived in the same house it would only be one account per ip
