Title: Waiting for videos to credit
Post by: adriarobi on September 20, 2015, 12:42:33 pm
This is the first time this has happened, but I have been waiting for half an hour for videos to credit. I should have had about 25 cents, not just 4 cents, ... it is not adding up.

I am unable to do paid to click, as it keeps saying I only went to four sites, but I was way ahead of that.

thanks  :rose:

I haven't gotten credit for any of the videos I've done today, either.  It appears these videos aren't going to credit.  I didn't have any problems with the PTC.

I sent support an email.

Since it is not just me, they need to know. I should have like 30 cents to qualify for Paid to Click.

That's exactly what you should do!  I, too, have tried some 6 cent videos a number of times, even reached the captcha several times, and nothing!!!  I finally submitted a support ticket too as this is just not right.  Matomy (I think that is who has these videos) shouldn't be allowed to do that or else Fusion needs to fix it's stuff!!!

It's been about a week that videos have not been crediting for me, it started with the Yahoo Community and then others. I agree they need to be fixed, and if Fusion isn't going to fix them then they should be removed so we are not wasting our time.

the last time I did Yahoo community it took several days to credit.   I kinda gave up and then there they were in my account.   If  you do not see anything in a day or two put in a ticket or you can now.   Good luck.

I keep doing one community video as a test to see if they have been fixed but still they haven't.  They worked great for me for about 2 weeks and than bam they stopped crediting been about 1-1/2 weeks since they have credited.

I don't bother with sending in "support" for non-payment because when I did in the past,  I got the "tough luck" response,  not even a compassionate sorry nothing we can do, computer glitches and cyper space excuse (which if *I* was there customer service would be doing to try and keep people happy in spite not having a solution). I was actually more concerned about the fact a video had redirected me first and then no videos or surveys credited (but videos before I was redirected did).  I was concerned about a security breach but all they would respond with was sometime the survey provider feels your answers aren't genuine and won't accept/pay.  I tried clarifying but all they would say was it happen.  I decided then that was as much of a waste of time.

I agree with you. The last few times I opened a ticket for not getting credit on completed videos, I got the canned responses ("if we don't get paid, we can't pay you"). Tried explaining that i must have been credited since I could do the PTC when I hit 5 cents but the cents never showed up under my account.

They didn't seem to understand what I said  because they closed that ticket so I opened another one trying to explain better. It was closed with NO answer.  I don't feel it's fair. How could I do the PTC if they didn't get credit for it?

Well at least I know now, it is not just me or my computer.

I am getting discouraged. I was so excited when I joined.

I agree. The Customer Service attitude is very disappointing.

Don't hold your breathe on getting credited for these video's, just stick with HyprMx!   The "yahoo community" ones used to credit but now they do not.    I also believe a support ticket is a waste of time.

This is how I feel when those Yahoo! Community videos fail to credit. Sometimes they do, sometimes they don't. WTH?!

Most videos credit right away but some don't some can take up to 24 hours. But most likely its a browser issue something on it preventing you from collecting because its blocking something from the advertiser

Well the "community" videos have been replaced by live nation (still yahoo).  And they actually are crediting,  will see how long that lasts for.  But it is far superior to hypermx,  for 10 steps it should be more than one cent,  the ten page slide shows are 6 cents (granted they didn't pay) hyprmx should be at least 2.

If videos don't credit instantly, I can assume I won't get credit for it. Annoying, but it happens.

I'm not getting credit for videos today, either. I tried a couple times on different videos without results. This is starting to happen a lot lately and wonder what's up with this.

Frankly, sometimes customer service on Fusion leaves something to be desired.  I don't understand why they can't intercede with some survey providers and get the credit which should be received or the specific reason why one is not being credited.
In addition, why can't videos consistently credit on this site?  I work another site where the videos almost always credit without problem.  What are they doing on here or NOT doing that is the issue and why can't it be corrected?
