I recently got a seasonal job at a festival on top of my full time and part time job. I always get that extra motivation going into the holiday season. Who else gets a seasonal job faithfully and where are you at now?
-
Congrat. on your second job for the holidays. I am too caught up at my job to seek a second one.
-
Congrats an I usually do little community jobs around this time to help out
-
Congratulations TytheGent! I desperately need to secure a seasonal job myself. These bills aren't disappearing fast enough. I am thinking of applying for one at my local Wal-Mart.

I try to get a seasonal job for the holidays. Just to get that extra cash in and pay off some stuff. Some jobs that are seasonal in my area give less than 20 hours a week and of course make you work weekends.

Most places require you to work weekends. And also all the holidays. Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, some even are open on Christmas Day, and New Year's Eve, New Year's Day. I hope to win the lottery before then. lol

My oldest daughter had one working at an over night camp for the summer.

Might be nice to let someone else have some work during the holidays since you have 2 jobs already and sounds like you would be spreading yourself too thin making you less effective in doing all your jobs and spend some time with your family, think about it 8)

i have never had a seasonal job i have only ever had one job at a time and for the past 3 years i have been a stay at home mom. soon will begin to start homeschooling our children so i wont be going back to work any time soon if at all.

I only have one full time job. While the extra money would be nice, I have so many projects going on, with 2 Etsy stores and a Zazzle store, that i just don't have the time for a seasonal job. Anyway, I could get as much overtime as I want at work, if I wanted to get more money.
-
Congratulations. I hope you enjoy the job.

I have been putting applications in all over the area for part time or seasonal. Hope something comes up soon. I work several part time jobs as does my husband, since we are neither on full time it is hard to cover everything.

A lot of retailers and package delivery companies are hiring for the xmas season now. Good luck on the job search everyone.
-
Congrats! Seasonal work is hard, but money is always good. :D

I am retired now, so I do not seek them out anymore but when I was in the workforce full time I would do from time to time and they were a bit help, especially during the holiday season.

I feel worn out just thinking about your schedule. think I'll go take a nap.
