Title: September 27, National Corned Beef Hash Day!

Do you like corned beef hash? The homemade recipe is complicated. I have tasted the canned.  I like it fried with an egg on top for breakfast. It is a heavy meal. It don't have to have all that salt with some canned brands, but if you work and sweat and watch the salt sometimes a meal with salt well that subject is complicated too. Yuppers Fusioncash nation, have corned beef hash today and have a gr8 day!  :present:

Wish I had of know that yesterday and I would have got the stuff to make it from scratch. It is total different made that way.

Aw, if I had known, I would had corned beef hash, too. We love corned beef and corned beef hash. Can't afford the corned beef anymore. i almost fell over the other week when I looked at the corned beef and there wasn't a single "roast" less than $17. Breaks my heart. Hubby would rather corned beef than regular beef roasts. I always make is New England style in the crockpot.

I like corn beef in the can with white rice and cabbage! we call it fire engine (red and white).
