I was born and raised in the Northern part of the US so growing up with 4 seasons was an advantage for me. I really never thought about the seasons until I grew up and moved to another part of the US where the seasons weren't so obvious. I remember the first time, it was Christmas day and I was living in TX. There was a man outside mowing his grass!! On Christmas Day!!! I just couldn't get over it. I was use to SNOW, and lots of it! and here is this guy mowing his lawn... Then I moved to the MS talk about a change in climate. There are only two seasons here Hot and Cool.... No snow, no changing color of the leaves in the fall, Spring is just a small change in temperature, and the Summers, well it is H-O-T. You could if you wanted to wear shorts and flip flops all year long! I have to say the only time I miss the snow is on Christmas Eve and Day. I don't even own a winter coat. It was funny, because last year I had to make a trip back to my home state in January. There was a bad snow storm up there that year. I tried so hard to find a winter coat here in the south and couldn't find one. No gloves, no mittens, winter scarfs or hats. But..... I did find a really nice snow scrapper!! Talk about weird. I showed it to my daughter in law and she had no clue what the heck it was lol.
So what is your favorite season of the year?

Hi,
My favorite season is the summer. I love baseball, warm weather and longer days. Summer is never long enough for me.
-
My favorite season is Spring, followed closely by the Fall. I like the Spring because it's when I see the new leaf buds on the plants I have in my front garden. It's also the time I plant my vegetable seeds and I'm always really excited to see how that develops. This year I planted some hybrid "Big Momma" tomatoes which I purchased from Walmart. I grew 5 plants from seed and they provided me with well over 400 tomatoes which I have subsequently made into ragu sauces, tomato sauces, soup and salad toppings. I got all this from one packet of seeds which cost me about $2. I also like the Fall season because I have a Viginia Creeper in my garden which turns a most beautiful red, orange and brown and all shades inbetween. It looks glorious.

I love the long hot days of summer! But fall is a close second, love the changing leaves and the bonfires!

We are heading into my favorite season - fall. But here in the south, the winter is hard to beat ;)

i like spring the best.here in sc we dont get a lot of snow..if anything we get the ice..

Fall is the best season in my world. The color and smell of the leaves, and the smell of wood burning stoves are all some of my favorites. I don't like the coming winter that fall signifies, but it is all relative I suppose.

my favorite season is summer I love the sun warmth and lots of daylight. Living in the northeast summer is never long enough Spring is my next favorite season with all the budding tress and flowers :pumpkin: :rainbow: :peace:

It's really difficult to answer, because each season is so unique and perfect in its own right!=)

My favorite season would be winter when it gets cold. I live in South Texas, so no snow for us :-\ I remember once when my niece was a baby she was outside on Christmas day wearing nothing but a diaper, LOL guess it was a hot day ! :rainbow: :rose:

Summer because I love hot weather. I hate cold.
-
Tough question. I like warmer weather though I do enjoy fall. I would rather be at the beach in the summer though. I enjoy a lot of what every season has to offer.
-
My favorite season is summer, but up here in the north it doesn't last nearly long enough. The only time I like snow is on Christmas Day, but the last two years we actually haven't gotten any snow on that day! I don't see any use in living in a cold climate if I don't get snow on Christmas.
-
Any place, it has to be "good weather- Not too hot-not too cold!" I have to feel comfortable to do anything I want to do.
-
I like Fall and Spring because the weather is so nice. You can open the windows and not have to use air or heat. Spring you have flowers and Fall you have the leaves changing color.
-
My favorite season is summer. Although it can get mighty hot here in northern NJ in July, I don't mind the heat nearly as much as I mind the cold. I can just get up, throw on a T shirt, shorts and sneakers and go running without worrying about sweaters or jackets or mittens and I can relax out back in my pergola under the trees with my books and knitting and while away an afternoon with no problem at all.
-
I love the fall, not to hot and not too cold.
-
I like spring because everything buds out. I love to hear the birds sing. I do not like winter at all. The older I get the more the cold hurts me. Hope everyone has a good day and may God bless each of you and keep you safe. :)
-
I like the really warm days of spring because I know summer is around the corner.
-
To me, each season is interesting and I like each one. But if I had choose my favorite, it would be spring when all things are new, birds come home, seeds sprout, trees turn green, hopes are high.
Yes. Everything looks more promising in the spring.
