Title: Anyone else do the Tickle, and/or Scholastic/Dr.Suess, and/or Netflix?

The book club hasn't charged my credit card yet, and none of them have given me credit yet. Take a while?

I got credited for Netflix today. You have to become a paying member. You can pay one month and cancel it. That is my plan. It costs $8.99. So I still made money on it.

If the offers are over $7 then after 7 days you can ask for manual credit.  I did Netflix and they did credit me after my trial period was over and I was into the first month (which was only $4.99).  I have not done the others.   :)

I have done the Netflix offer but I'm still in my trial period. So when my trial period is over which is Nov. 2nd, I will get charged by Netflix for what plan I chose and in turn, will be credited from FC. You will not be credited during the free trial. You have to actually get charged by Netflix to receive credit.
I personally think Netflix is a great deal with different plans & will more than likely keep it even after being credited by FC.

It's actually a hold of funds, not an actual charge. If you read Netflix's Terms & Conditions, it explains their procedures to you. Also, the hold of funds usually releases in 2-3 days. It depends upon your finacial instituion/credit card company's policies regarding this type of transaction. I had a hold of funds in my account as well after joining Netflix for a 2 week trial. But within a few days, it was released. I suggest you contact your bank/credit card company and ask them about it. Good Luck to you.
