Dr Oz just dealt with back pain today.

If it's muscular I would take arnica.  A good massage could help too.

I hope you have one of these OTC pain meds with a sleep aid.  I have arthritis which comes and goes to one extent or the other and I recently started to take one of the OTC's and it has been a help.  However, the med directions state to take 2 capsules and I take one, finding it enough.  I always take less until I find how the med and me reacts together.  Helps me sleep and wake up not feeling the aches and pains quite as much.

I know how you feel because I have back pain for many years now. It varies and it's not fun. Hope you feel better.

I am lucky to say that I typically don't. My father suffers from severe back pain, and it breaks my heart each time I see him suffer!

I have major pain in my lower back from back when I worked in retail over twenty years ago.  There are some days that it's all I can do to force myself out of bed.  I hope you feel better soon!

I suffer with back pain everyday and it is really a B***h.  I can't be too active because when I do I pay for it and it takes a couple days for the pain to go from 100% to 40%.

As a retired massage therapist and nutritionist I would recommend that you drink lots of water and make sure you get your minerals.  Calcium is a natural tranquilizer and pain reliever.

Also, the 2 nutrients most people in the USA are deficient in are iron and calcium.  By increasing your calcium you might be correcting a deficiency where you experience other benefits beside relief from the pain.
