There comes a point in this virtual shopping survey where you are required to pick up an object by double left clicking when the pointer turns into a hand. Problem is, you can double click your brains out and it won't pick up the object, in this case paper towels. >:(
I retook the initial survey on 3 different browsers and it wouldn't work on any of them.
By doing so I wasted 45 minutes on a twenty minute survey and got screwed...again.
