Title: w9 Verification

Is anyone else having this problem? I tried verifying my identity online for my w9 it doesn't work it states it cannot be verified. I have sent out a support ticket and its has been over 2 weeks with no response what can I do so I wont miss my cashout??

I had to do that last year. I was having issues with the online verification so I had to fax the form and copy of my id to them. You should been been sent the link to the form you have to download with your member id on it

So I just send in a w9 for and my ID?

Just make sure that all of your information is correct and submit your W9 form again. I never had a problem with this, so I do not know what else to tell you.

It's a specific cover sheet that you have to use that has your user id on it and that you have to sign plus your id
