I have not been getting my daily emails for a good while. My email is juliaetteholt@gmail.com and was wondering what could be the problem. Thanks in advance for your help.

I had my e-mails stop at one point and just had to sign up again for them. They restarted with out a problem. I would try that as there is no harm in that and if that doesn't fix it then try sending in a support ticket. Do be sure your e-mail program didn't decide to classify them as junk (1st thing support will tell you and you can tell them you checked if you have to contact them).

I have tried everthing and nothing works. I have checked my spam and it is never there. Thank you for your response.

ya need to reset the email. go to the left side of screen and clcik on your account and settings and do a reset.

This is the settings page: http://www.fusioncash.net/emailprefs.php . Maybe turn Daily Cash Email off for a few hours and then turn it back on. Hopefully this works for you or maybe support can look at your account.

Have you tried clearing the cookies on your browser? I was only getting the daily emails and none of the others even though I was signed up for everything. I cleared my cookies then resigned up for everything and I havent had any problems since.

Could try a third party prgm like wisediskcleaner which also cleans cookies and browser items. makes my pc faster as well as browser support.

Maybe try to update email again by going to the profile, I hope it work or you may need to send a support ticket.

Just re-enroll for the emails. I am not getting the page to click on to get the 2 cents and I've tried both Foxfire and Chrome with no luck.

This has happened to me from time to time. In fact I didn't get my email today. So I re-registered and reset my email preferences on my account page. That should take care of it. At least it has in the past.

The same thing happened to me once! All I did was re-register! I have never had another problem.

Update: I got my email today after registering again yesterday. I also did reset my email preferences and now all is good - until next time.

you have to resign up. hope it worked out for you.

It's weird how some people get daily email issues from time to time. My suggestion is always to see if you've been deregistered.

Dang, just found out Canadians cannot sign up for the daily email :(
