Silly nicknames-Nothing new. What about unusual real names? Margarita Silvestre is her name in real life. It means:
Wild Daisy in English.
-
My nickname is Chelly Bean (Inspired by my middle name and the fact that I love jelly beans).

Growing up my family called me "Tish" all because when learning to talk when asked, "What's your name?" I would reply "Tish" since I couldn't yet pronounce Kris. I have nicknames for all my kids too. My 17 year old is and always will be Miss Muffin. My son is my bear (he was my boo boo) And my youngest "Jane." She has teeny features like Jane from Tarzan. She's also my Angel girl.

My silly nick name is "Beaver face," from the movie the Ridiculous 6. I'm still laughing even now.

My nickname in high school was '"Diz" short for dizzy blonde. Not that I was a dizzy blonde, but I was blonde and nothing else fit. My best friend was "Scratch" but can't remember why.

My nickname that my grandparents were "poop a doop" and in high school everyone called me "AirBear" now that I'm older most people just call me by my first name, but there are still times when I hear my nickname.

No, I don't have a nickname, but my siblings do. My father used to call my younger sister Pooper, my oldest sister nickname is Vetsy (pronounced Vet-see. Her name is Eyvette) my other sister nickname is Licy (pronounced Lee-cee. Her name is Alicia, like Alicia Silverspoon). My oldest brother nickname is Jujune (pronounce Jew-june. His name is Robert Jr.).

My grandpa used to call me skadittlehopper. Never got the opportunity to ask him how he came up with it or if he heard some where. This woman I met last year, she talking about her family, and her youngest sister is always called Dude. I can't remember what her actual name is but she's referred by everyone as Dude.

I actually have 2 nicknames. My husband calls me "Babydoll" and my nieces and nephews call me Aunt Kiki, because that can't say my name.
-
My husbands nickname at his work is porkchop. My friends son calls my son yoda. Really funny.

I dont have a nickname, but one of my sister's do, we use to call her *Forgetful-Jones*, due to the fact, she was always forgetting, where she placed items, etc,.... If I would ask her to pick me up from my destination in 5 to 10 minutes, I found myself waiting for a long period of time, I had to call her back, and find out why she didnt show up and she would always laugh and say, *Oh,...I forgot*. My nephews and nieces would call my mother *Mima*, instead of grandma and they would call my father *Pipa* instead of grandpa. Both my parents fell in love with their nicknames. So both my parents wanted my nephews and nieces to stick by that nickname, *Mima and Pipa*.

When I was in high school, I got the nickname "Torpedo" from the swim team I was on... I think it was because I'd swim the butterfly and would start out the race by just kicking underwater for about a half-length of the pool before I'd surface.
My BFF has also given me the nickname "Sparkles" sometimes... She calls me that when I do some stupid move that I knew was wrong but just wasn't thinking about it at the time. Like on Saturday night, we were going over to a friend's house for cards, and I start driving past their exit on the highway (I forgot that they had moved a few months ago): BFF - "Where ya going, Sparkles?" Me - "Oh crap! Right, they moved! Oops!"

Everyone had a nickname in the high school I went too. Most stuck with the people throughout life.
