-Go to the office of child support enforcement to seek child support
-Seek support from friends and family you have helped
-Go to department of human services and inquire about emergency services
-See if there is a utility assistance company in your town
-Seek help from churches and non profit women's assistance programs
-Contact your electric company to make a long term payment plan (they will break the bill up into four payments and delay the due date) and also get an explanation of why your bill is so high and create a recovery and prevention plan
-Apply for public housing if necessary, tell them you are homeless for emergency shelter
-Examine your budget to determine spendings that are going on wants vs. needs and live below your means (even if it means moving to a smaller place) to allow for savings then use this savings to invest in an investment/home/business/etc.
- Continuously submit job applications even when they say they aren't hiring
-Create multiple streams of income: babysitting, dog sitting, online ventures, recycling, doing hair, making hot plates of food, reselling things on ebay for a profit and so on
Hope this helps, good luck!!

I am praying for you -- I work at a ministry and we help people with electric bills and such -- do you have places like this where you are?? Maybe they can help you
