I get maybe 6 hours of sleep depending on how many times I have to get up in the middle of the night.

When i was working nights, i was looking at about 4 or 5 hours a night. but now, I get about 7 a night.

I get at least 8 hours every night and sometimes more. If I get less than that, I am groggy the whole next day. I don't understand how people can survive on 4 or 5 hours, but a lot of people do.

I found some breathing exercise to do before I go to bed to help me sleep better.
It's called the 4 - 7 - 8 breaths by Dr Weil.

I go to bed at different times, so I get amount 4 - 8 hours of sleep.

I get about 4 to 5 hours of sleep, but at times, during the day hours, I take a nap for an hour or two. :)

I get between 5 and 6 with my work schedule, I try for 8 on my days off.

I've been getting 8 hours lately. But I go through phases where I get 6 or so. I like 8 better.

Not enough, but I can't sleep more than 5-6 hours a night or I will get a migraine.

I don't know how many I get if I have to get up during the night and I always usually have to get up at least once per night it takes me a long time to get back to sleep so I have no idea but I end up staying in bed anywhere from 9 to 10 1/2 hours depending up when my sons start fussing for me to get up. :moon:

I usually get about 7 hours of sleep or less but I feel ok with that.

I work 3rd shift and I have adjusted to it. So now I get about 6 - 7 hours of sleep if I am lucky if I am NOT lucky I get about four to five hours sometimes less.

I get 6 to 8 hours. I work aT WALMART so my schudle is different every week. :)

As many hours as I can every day. Sleep is the fountain of youth because it rejuvenates you.

9-10....depending on how well I slept.

5-8 hours. Most times I fall asleep after 2a and wake up at 7a or 8a. That's annoying ugh.

I have to say my sleep is pretty messed up. I find if I go to long of sleeping 3-4 hours that eventually I have a day where I sleep over 8 to sort of catch up or something. I have trouble falling asleep and I am a light sleeper so I wake up easily. I also think I have sleep apnea but have not got it checked yet... I am not sure how serious that might be anyways. I like sleeping little though because I always feel okay when I get up.

During my work days, I'm lucky to get 5 hours. On my day off, I usually get more if I get time for a nap or get a chance to go to bed a little early.

I always try for 6-8 hours. If I get significantly less (or even on the six side) during the week I sleep like a log until I'm caught up on weekends!

Not many, I wake up over and over, then have a hard time going back to sleep.

I've got a bad cold, so I got only about 4 hours sleep last night....

I would say not enough. I usually get between 6 and 7 hours.

Working 2 jobs currently, so about 4.5 hours a night.

I think I get about 5 to 6 hours, I have a hard time falling a sleep early and I have to wake up early to get my kids up for school. I feel a little tired most of the time. I just can not sleep early. Wished there were more hours in the day.

I usually get anywhere between 4-6hrs of sleep per day.

I do sleep a lot. Maybe 8 if nothing going on that day.

Next time you are up get a dictionary and look up the meaning of the words Question and then Subject then try posting a subject for discussion in the forum 8)

im up now which means i don't get much sleep; usually 4 or less, & sometimes i just dose off during the day.

Lately, just only 5. I hate anxiety.

I get about 6-8 hours at night. Sometimes less when I am not sleepy which means I get into bed about 2 or 3 o'clock.

The past few nights I've only been getting around 4 -5 hours...usually I get around 7 hours. I try to sleep early but i just can't sty a sleep and get up in the middle of the night.

I am retired and get about 8 or 9 hours now. I really need that many hours too; if I don't get them I walk around in a daze all day until I can get the sleep I need the next night.

Lately, I get 6 hours at best, or only 4 at worst. It isn't that much because I've been so busy lately

I always wake up throughout the night but I usually get around 6 hours of sleep per night. I'd love to get more but my body automatically wakes up at a certain time now.
