Title: MAJOR Prolem!!!!

When I first signed up to FusionCash and did EVERYTHING I was supposed to do my balance was $5 then I successfully completed 3 surveys/signups only to go back and find a $0 balance and was told I had already cashed it out!  >:( Really? Possible  SCAM?  ???

That sounds like some kind of glitch. Go to Get Help and submit a ticket. Usually the system does not even mark anything as cashed out until the cashout amount is reached and requested, which obviously you cannot have done yet.

Definitely send a support ticket if you haven't already done so. FC has always responded to my inquiries quickly and have given me fair results

I can assure you that FC is not a scam. it is one of the best sites of its kind. As other members have said, you need to open a support ticket. Something is very wrong on your end because no one else is reporting the same problem.
