Title: Frustrating Survey
Post by: adriarobi on January 27, 2016, 03:40:27 pm
Took a survey through Peanut Surveys today.

It was long, almost half an hour. You evaluate products (10) on the market, guess the price, buy/sell stock 4 that company. Complicated.

When I finished, it gave me my score, said I did well, and had that completed/thank you page show.

When I closed that screen, it says "Sorry, you do not meet the requirements......yadda yadda". Good grief.

Wasted time, frustrating.

Yeah, I know how that can be. It doesn't happen frequently but it has happened to me a few times.   >:(

I had that same thing happen to me recently doing this same exact survey but it was on my list of FC surveys. I got credited for it the next day. Keep an eye on your account.

You can try submitting a ticket to Peanut Labs and see if they can credit you. You access the option like this:

Go to FC Surveys -> Click on Peanut Labs surveys -> After PL window opens, click on "Transactions" near the top right corner. -> It lists all the offers and PL surveys you've opened/completed. Click on the survey transaction. -> There will be an option that says "Report A Problem"

Thanks fantasydream3. I will remember that.

I will check later today to see if I got reimbursed.  Thanks to the person who mentioned this could happen also.

That sure is frustrating! I have a hard time finishing long surveys, I get bored and click off sometimes, just because they seem to go on and on forever. I know I'd be very upset if I managed to get to the end, and then got a message like that!

I just love it when you spend a good 25 minutes on a survey and answer all questions and then, it states the quota has all ready been filled!  >:(  Say what ??? Nobody has time for that!

I feel your frustration.  That's the pits when that happens, and it does happen to all of us occasionally.  Maybe there is comfort in knowing you are not alone, and that so many more do credit when we spend that amount of time on them. There's got to be a silver lining somewhere. Good brain workout?  Practice in patience?  Getting to know your forum family better after posting about it?  Help me out here!!!

Unfortunately, that can happen and I'm sorry you had to experience that. That's happened to me too. Hopefully, more surveys credit for you than not.

I think the biggest problem with something like this happening is there is so little to no recourse.  The only thing you can do is go to the survey sponsor and submit a ticket.  It seems that you need to write down as much info about the survey as possible as an identifier that you entered and completed the survey, although they OUGHT to be able to investigate this themselves.  Fusion is little help as the most common answers I have received is "If we aren't paid, you aren't either" and "We don't have a means of tracing this" essentially.  Um-m-m-m-m-m!!!!!!!!!!!!!????????????
