Every one of my FC Surveys today asked for my login ID and it wouldn't accept anything I put in the box.  :P

Can anyone give me some input as to what it actually wants?

I have never had that happen to me before. Open a support ticket on it I am sure you will get an answer as to why this happened.

I occasionally get surveys that ask me to log in or enter a password at the beginning.Usually when this happens there is a password already filled in.The next time you get one like this,check to see if they have entered a password.If so,just click Next or Continue and you should be able to proceed without entering any additional information.

I have never had that happen to me but would like to hear the result if you decide to submit a support ticket.
