I found that everything that I read and constant emails telling me to click here and earn reward time after time turned into nothing and nothing and nothing 14 days to take someone off your email list come on I know better that should be much faster or your IT guys really suck at there job just an excuse to flood people with your worthless advertising and to try to hook people some more worst survey site ever imagine if you told people were going to send you a ton of emails to surveys that are full even if you see the email come in and respond to it that very second its a waste of time over and over and over of course unless it offers then it seems to work fine. I nominated you guys for the worst reward site for 2015 hope you win.

I am sorry that you feel this way and wish you well. I am a new member to the site and have had a very different experience, as you can see from my banner statistics. Best of luck in your future endeavors.

Punctuation helps if you want to give constructive criticism or any criticism that doesn't just look like a rant.
This is far from one of the worst survey sites. I've tried some where I'm only able to cashout maybe twice a year and on here I'm getting monthly payments.
Are you referring to emails from the site itself or things you signed up from advertisors? I've unsubscribed from certain emails from here and it didn't take 14 days to be removed from the list.
Not every site is for everyone. You're still a new member so maybe you should actually take the time to learn the site before you decide it's so bad. You could also just leave the site and go back to whatever you found is better.

Spam E-Mails are basically an occupational hazard in this game. :P
-
I just joined and really hope this doesn't cause a lot of unwanted spam!

It's really a small price to pay. You should consider getting a spare E-Mail account to handle the spam without it interfering with your personal address.

I have to admit that so far it has been pretty discouraging. I answer tons of time-consuming questions but get turned down by most surveys. Hoping it gets better with time.
-
I get those emails all the time also.
-
For those that are discouraged, please try to stay positive. FusionCash can be a great way to earn some extra 'fusion' cash. Take care.

Your last comment is the most telling. The fact that you "hope it gets better with time" seems to indicate that you are smart enough and willing to give it some time before bailing out (unlike the original poster). Poke around in these forums a bit and be sure to stay active here. You can earn $3 a month if you meet the minimum forum bonus qualifications.
It may not always pan out with the surveys, but you can get 22 cents a day with almost zero effort (PTC, daily email, + at least 5 cents worth of videos or slideshows). That's nearly $10 a month right there if combined with the forum bonus -- even without any successful surveys.
Don't give up and ask for help here if you don't understand anything! It was all very confusing to me at first, but once I figured out the process I could almost put it on auto-pilot earning!

UGetPaid - well stated. I created a separate email that I use only for FC, so I can easily delete "spam" emails. I am happy to cash out every other month and I do not spend all day on FC. Because of my age and the fact I have no kids at home, I rarely qualify for surveys. But the videos of late have been awesome, and I can easily earn 15-25 cents per day just doing those.
Best advice is to don't give up!

"Setting unreasonable expections with your recruiting methods".
For the life of me i cant understand why people like this dont do their homework and research things before committing and then get turned off by not getting the results they anticipated which were probably never there in the first place. I found this site by doing my homework and researching until i found someone who had, in their honest opinion, their top 7 PTC websites. As i went down the list FC was #2 and when i went to check it out the first thing i did was read most of the forum posting to see how the atmosphere was. I immediately knew what the "reasonable expectation" was and knew that it was considered side money which was fine with me. Hey, i look at $25 minimum per month 3 different ways:
1: It could pay for my $20 haircut and still have $5 left over that could go to a frappaccino
2: It could go to my $14 monthly subscription for gaming site that i use leaving me with $11 for multi-frapps
3: It could go towards movie time with me and my 17 year old son. $25 could go a long way when going to matinee. x infinity.
I do hope that future newbies will at least read posts and do their homework but judging from past "ranting" posts, it not going to happen.

Yes reasonable expectations play a big part in achieving satisfaction here, but I can attest to the FACT that it can be done and it's not that hard.

A very wise and productive way to get a true feel for a site and its community of users when you are a newbie.
What always amazes me about the ranting complaints from newbies is that they had to voluntarily sign up for the site in the first place. I don't understand if the ranters somehow think that just by virtue of signing up they are entitled to an immediate three or four figure cash out without zero effort on their part.
Like you said, there is a lot you can do with $25 and it is so easy to obtain [regularly] with only a small amount of effort.

Now this is a reasonable and logical response! Seriously, people expect the moon and the stars on survey sites, and with the net full of scam sites that only get ya in to collect your email address for crap mail, FC does a decent job. I noticed I'm getting spam now where I didn't before, but I just delete it all and not worry about it. $25 -40 bucks a month doesn't mean a lot to me, but ya know what, I agree with FreakinRican, it subsidizes your income. Mine is used basically for online poker. Basically, do your homework before complaining about something you didn't have full knowledge of its workings.

wish you well.

I have never gotten a bunch of junk emails from this site. I'm sure I have gotten some, but I always open them and immediately unsubscribe to avoid getting more. They could be from this site or from one of many. I honestly don't keep track or put the blame on anyone because it is just the way things go. It really isn't that big of a deal to unsubscribe as soon as I get them so they multiply and become time consuming.

Although most of my messages I've posted since joining here in March are respectful and lack any of my typical demeanor, I have to admit it's difficult not allowing my more colorful personalityto emerge after reading the topic of this thread. I wanted to gouge my eyes out after reading the first..... sentence.... if there was indeed a spot to add one. I've read numerous complaints, whines and warning regarding Fusion Cash here and there on the net, but with the shortest of experiences since joining, I can effortlessly say FC is one helluva company in relation to so many of the other 'not so fair' sites. I've much more to say, but I'll not take the chance of any of the great people on here thinking I'm a total jerk all of the time! However, I would like some clarity on the statement, "Setting unreasonable expectations." There are NO expectations set or or assumed by either FC or we who are participants. With a bit of time, common sense, and telling the truth on surveys, you can make a few bucks. With my second cash out, which consists of 40 days watching vids, filling out surveys, and PTC, I'm gonna purchase new heads for my main drum set - $102 bucks! My expectations were MUCH lower than to think I was gonna make a hundred bucks watching videos and filling out a few surveys! Quit whining and look into some English courses!

Where did he nominate them? Is there even such an award??
