Title: Sample Cube Affiliate / Surveys

Has anyone else noticed when you connect for a survey with Sample Cube you're not able to enter your zip code? I've only connected with them a few times through FC and each time I'm not able to enter anything in the first box (zip code) of the survey.

I've had that happen to me a few times, too.  On and off again.  I have no idea what the problem could be.

This has happened to me before.Lately,Sample Cube has been working and I have been able too enter the zip code the last few surveys.

Me to as well.  I have been on http://www.cashcrate.com/6942616
and it does the same thing.

I will have to look for that, I haven't noticed.
