Title: How does the end of summer make you feel?

Makes me feel a little rushed, a little sad because summer is ending and a little excited that fall is coming.  My garden overflows and I think of all the things I meant to get done this summer.

I do not like when the summer ends, because winter is around the corner again.  Winter is my least favorite season.  It is nice for a change, but it lasts too long.  I live in PA.  It would be nice if right around the end of January or so (after you have had a taste of the cold weather for a change and are now tired of it) that it could go right to May weather for the next 3 months until it is May weather.

I don't like it to much. I like Spring and Summer because of the heat and bright days. But I know that if we didn't have the others we could enjoy the ones we do.

I'll be excited when the air conditioning bill goes down, but other than that... I'm gonna miss it!

I have had a crazy summer. Everything from births to funerals. I teach school and am glad to get back to some sort of routine in my life. Summer is great and relaxing, but I'm ready to get back to work :)

i LOVE it. time to break out the sweaters,
the long sleeves, the scarves, the hats...

i love the turning leaves, the bite in the air,
darkness falling earlier, the coziness of the covers.

i look forward to the end of summer every single year  :notworthy:

My summer was so much fun. I went to many different places for vacations. I have to say coming to this end of the summer is kind of sad, but its also good to have some breeze air blowing by. So, I can't wait for this Fall and Spring coming, they're awesome seasons with perfect weathers.

I am so happy Summer is ending soon!  We have had over 60 days of 100+ degree weather these last few months!  Talk about hot and a high electric bill just to keep the AC running.  BTW I'm in Austin Texas.
