We are having a family dinner to celebrate my son turning 41

I saw the Jungle Book yesterday with my aunt. I was impressed with it and enjoyed it. I thought casting Bill Murray as Baloo was a good choice.

Staying home and watching a few videos with a few of my granddaughters. Spending the weekend here sounds like fun to me. That is all I care to do this weekend. Love them so very much.

Spent part of today out at the Rawhide event. Yep a lot of Rawhide was filmed here in Tucumcare with Clint Eastwood. Now it is getting time to get cleaned up again and go to the NRA banquet. so it has been a busy weekend so far.

No, I have a pretty boring life, lol...but, hopefully this spring/summer I'll get out and have more fun than I did last year.

Not too much, went grocery shopping today. Tomorrow my son and his wife along with my adorable grandson are coming over to bring me birthday cake because my birthday was this past week.

Working today but did some errands and a Zumba class yesterday. Nice to have a sunny day!

First weekend in awhile where I didn't have much homework, we took the kiddos the a carnival and grilled, now we are just going to relax and be outside most of the day.

I spent an hour shoveling twelve inches of wet, heavy snow and followed that up with an hour today with fifteen inches of snow. I walked the dogs which took twice as long as normal because no one else is shoveling their walkways. I am heading to COSTCO to pick up the weeks groceries and will spend most of the afternoon preparing meals for the next two weeks. I will probably need to spend an hour telling my son to get his homework done. If I am lucky I may have enough time, after working for seven hours, to go see a movie. But I will be getting at least seven hours of sleep tonight ( a true luxury in my life). I guess it is kind of sad when the fun part of your weekend is getting more sleep and the amount of sleep is still less than what most people get!

@Tresbn00 That sounds exhausting.
I'm not doing much beyond work this weekend, but I'm going out of town during the week to see friends, so still have things to be excited about :)
