I question if the half a cent rule is really worth my time, seems rather ridiculous to me. :(
-
Are you talking about the half a cent video? It can be worth your time. Often the videos are short and do not require a lot of your time. You can drink your morning cup of coffee while watching. Some are interesting and informative and the pennies add up. The half pennies soon turn to full pennies.
-
It is kinda ridiculous, but when you're looking to pick up your daily 5 cents, they can be pretty helpful.
-
If the half-cent video is short I'll do it, but if it's long forget it.
-
They never credit for me, so I don't waste my time. If they credited, it would be worth it.
-
The half cent videos use to credit for me and it really added up. I stopped doing them though when they started being ridiculously long for half a cent. And they stopped crediting. I haven't tried them in a while.
-
To me, they are worth it. Sometimes when most the other videos don't work for me, these are lifesavers. They credit after watching a minute or so, and the cents add up.
-
The half cent videos were very helpful for me and I could get two done faster and easier than 2 great content hypermx. But around the first of the year(when all the multi time carousel videos that never work properly for me)all I get is a blank screen with the half cent videos now. I miss them cause I could multi-task while watching.
-
Half cent worth depends on you. Everything you earn adds up. One half cent a day over a year is an extra $1.80 cents for you, that could be just what you need to reach a cash out that month. Having something is better than nothing and a little is a lot when it's all you got.
-
the half cent videos can be worth it, if they are short they add up to full pennies which I sometimes need for my PTC.
-
I just completed 2 half cent videos to even out my account balance. This took me a minute of my time. Depending on the situation, yes, I believe they can be worth it.
When other offers don't seem to be panning out for you on a particular day and you would still like to complete your 15 cent ptc, the half cent may be all you need.
Here's a tip - when you open a half cent video and it's more than 30 seconds in length, just keep it opened for 30 to 35 seconds. Check to see if you get credited. In most cases you should. This will cut down your time significantly.
-
sometimes you need those 1/2 cents to make up to the 5 cents before getting to paid to click daily
-
Most of the time the ½ cent videos are not worth it.It depends on how long they are.I only watch them if they are 1 minute or less.
-
Some of them credit after playing the video for 1 minute, no need to finish the whole video if it's longer.
-
I click some ads on another website that only pay 1/10 of a cent, so half a cent is big money.
-
All you have to do is watch two half cent videos and then you have earned your penny. :monkey:
-
Yes, they are! Every penny counts!
-
They are worth it especially the short ones. Every video watched is something earned.
-
yes every little bit helps
-
I really only do the 1/2 cent videos when I need the 5 cents in order to do the 15 PTC. They often do not credit me.
-
I didn't think so at first, which stretches back to late last year. In fact, the half cent videos now are so much better. They used to not load and/or not credit. Even though that does occasionally happen, it usually straightens itself out. Either that or the videos we're getting now are a better quality youtube. Anyway, they are quite informative. Half cents really do add up.
-
I do them to get my daily 5 cents. They are usually short and for me they always credit. Easy to do and each 1/2 cent adds up.
-
There are times the half cent videos working better than any other ones. It adds up quickly especially if you are trying to hit the daily 5¢. I've been doing them lately just for that reason.
-
I don't do the 1/2 cent videos on a regular basis. They are working better and most of the time 2 1/2 cent are better than one 1 cent. even 1/2/ cent videos add up :rainbow: :rose: :peace:
-
I can see why you might think that they are worth it but for me every cent adds up to making sure I am able to cash out at the end of each month. Keep up the good work!!
-
Worth it to me. Any cent I can use.
-
Sometimes those 1/2 cent videos are the only ones that actually credit...so they kind of are worth it.
-
Answer. Yes.
It all adds up and those don't take hardly any work at all.
-
i really dont think but then i dont do surveys ether.
-
I guess it's kind of like they say, "It's all in the eye of the beholder." For some they'll do them; for others it's just a pain for so little,
Myself, I don't do them often, and when I do, I only keep the window open for about 45-50 seconds or so. If it doesn't credit, then I won't try again. Mostly, however, they will credit after the 45-50 second window.
-
Eveery cent counts esp over a week
-
Yes it is...You've heard the old saying about how "every little bit helps". There have been several times I've had to click a few of these just to get my daily .05 cents for the day.
-
There worth it if theres a bunch there short and you can do them quickly otherwise no if none of that criteria is met then there not worth it
-
yes every little thing counts at the end it could be a difference with you cashing out
-
Lately, there have been better paying videos to watch so I haven't been bothering with them. When the selection is slim, I will click them on.
-
some of the half cent videos(such as splenda. cars direct) will credit instantly(or as long as it takes for the page to load) and are not actually video, just a page of info. I can do 4 of them in the time it would take to do 10 steps of hyprmx. Some of the "long ones" will credit after a minute or 1:30, which in my book is worth a try when I can hit it to play and walk away an do something else(change laundry etc). I waste a lot more time trying to get other stuff to work.
My problem with the half cents is they will work for 2 weeks and then for a month or so I will click on them and get a blank screen and then they will work for days and then back to the blank screen. I do nothing different, all hardware/software is the same. I just don't get it.
-
yes, every penny counts so keep doing them
-
Some of them are informative and not that long, they have paid off for me especially when I select the shorter ones, I try and use all my options to increase my funds, and sometimes when I am just sitting I just click away on them, since watching two gives me one cent, especially if they are short then for me it's worth my time. They have helped me to get over the hump sometimes when I am being disqualified for the surveys.

Man oh man I swear...I have had a complete belly full of the videos not working....I'M OVER IT!!!
-
I know the feeling! Some tasks are 1/2 cent with too many questions to answer and you have to do two full sets to earn 1 whole cent! It can be frustrating and I agree, it's not worth it!
-
Oh yes they are worth it! Sometimes they won't load, but when they do they are very fast and I get paid really quick. Many times a 2 half cent videos pay faster than a 1 cent video.
-
At first I used to always hide the half cent videos. I noticed that when they removed the hperMX videos, they were limited so I started using the 1/2 cent ones. They're worth it in the sense that most of the time they're short and sweet; .30 secs.
-
I only think it is worth it when you are trying to earn the $0.05 required to be eligible for the Paid to Click feature for the following day. Otherwise, I would resort to something else more lucrative.
-
if you nearing cashout then they are a must for some
-
I never used to do the 1/2 cent videos , unless I needed them for my 5 cents. However now I do the 30 second car videos when available and new ones become available throughout the day. These are quick to do and almost always credit.
-
I think it is . The videos are interesting and every little bit helps.
-
Every time I try these half-cent videos, I get "we're all out of offers" and then I just close the video. It's kind of a waste of time.
-
I always complete the half cent videos because they really add up. They also help me receive the 5 cents needed to complete the daily paid to click task.
-
There has been a drought of 1/2 cent videos unfortunately. You never miss them more than when you don't have them.
-
they help when trying to meet mthly goal
-
I do what others have suggested. Start the video, then go make my coffee, then come back to finish watching and put on the next. They add up for the 5c that I need for the PTC, which I then follow up with attempting surveys.
Though if you want to look at "is it worth the resource cost" then no. 1/2c videos in no way can pay for the resources (power, internet, cpu cycles) needed to actually run them.
