I spent over 55 minutes on a survey which I will send a support ticket on. It was about fuels, politics, and just about everything else I've EVER answered in all the surveys I've taken in two months on FC. The last question was, "Would you talk to a reporter about this survey on the phone?" I replied yes, entered my number and was DQed. We've all been disappointed with some surveys, and I've seen comments from other participants speak of their $%##*%$ language toward the company offering the survey. I probably woke up the entire neighborhood when I started yelling at my computer screen!
Regardless of the opportunities this company offers in the future, as soon as I see it's them, I'm exiting from the survey. I'm very familiar with the frustration that comes with some offers and generally I just move on and forget about it - not this time! There was absolutely no reason to have been DQed from this survey; it was over, and I'm not going to allow them to waste my time or any of yours with scams like this.
Fusion Cash is the BEST host of surveys, and I know they have no control over what offers are given, but this particular host is low.
Forgive me for my rant, and don't ask for the name of the company as I'll only share that with FC's team, but I can say, I'm super pissed!

Yeah, I would be frustrated too. I can't stand being disqualified at the very end. Uncool!!
-
Oh, I understand how you feel! Got one the other day that took me almost, if not as long as yours did. I completed the thing, and at the very end got DQ'ed. It pisses me off, too. There's a LOT of shady companies out there!

sucks

I had something similar happen to me a couple of days ago. The survey took me over 45 minutes and I got DQ'd after submitting what I thought was the completed survey. I was shocked. I had heard of this happening to other members but it had never happened to me. I had been DQ'd in the past but never after spending over 45 minutes on a survey.
I encourage you to open a support ticket and let administration know.

This is the main reason I do not do surveys. I don't mind getting DQ'd in the first minutes or after the first qualifying questions, but I get too frustrated when I spend my time thoughtfully answering survey questions for many minutes and then get DQ's for a dumb (non-demographic) question. I am happy with my .75 for the TV advertising survey and occasionally I will try one that my email recommends, but other than that, I don't bother. The $$ isn't worth my health!!! ;)

I don't blame you for getting frustrated. I have been doing surveys for years and I have been through the same thing. I keep trying the surveys though because there are some good companies out there.
-
I know. I feel that way sometimes. I have not done very many surveys when something like this happens. Some of them are too long for me where I do not have enough time to do so.
-
I don't blame you, I have had the same thing happen and I was so angry I didn't notice the company. I will be more carefull.
-
That's why I quit doing surveys.

If it makes you feel any better, I've spent a whole lot more than 55 minutes to reach the absolute end of my rope.
It was not just for one survey but many surveys from one survey company. I won't mention the name but for sure it was not Fusion Cash.
This company was once very reliable but all of that changed. I spent many weeks even months accumulating points adding up to what was supposed to be a cash request. I didn't get my request but instead got a lot of worthless feedback from an admin that apparently did not care what I experienced. :bad:
So after spending all of that time which of course turned out to be a waste, my request for $50.00 never happened. >:(
Yes I was angry for a while but then right away I shifted my energy and time to Fusion Cash. Within a very short time I have more than made up for the $50 loss.
-
if that happened to me i would be mad too. there are some surveys that do credit i realized that the more time time the surveys give you the more harder it is to get. so my advise is to take the surveys that have the less time and you will have a better chance to get those surveys.

I think I know what company you're talking about. I had a similar experience except I was hospitalized for 3 weeks and couldn't get near my computer for another 2 months and they deactivated me, but offered to allow me to reactivate. I did but the money I had earned was gone and had to start from zero, plus after reactivating, it seemed like I couldn't complete any surveys and there were never any video offers, so I canceled that account before I built up any $$.
Yes, they were very reputable but being hospitalized and recuperating was not acceptable and showed me that they only cared about themselves.

I am going to go out on a limb. FC used to let us mention other sites as long as we did not leave a link. "GlobalTest Market"? Y ou wil never get paid by them , in my opinion. You will almost earn $50, but never paid! :bad: >:(

Nope, it wasn't them, but I had gotten DQed for a survey completed for them a while back. I generally don't have problems with them. The one I'm referring to is the only one (to my knowledge) that begins with "Q"
-
Sorry that's a DQ after you completed the long survey. They don't want anyone talking about what's in their surveys, so the right answer is "no" to talking to a reporter about the survey.

You may not have been able to recoup your survey points or cash but as long as you recoup after your hospital stay, that's all that really matters. We can always find another reliable survey/cash earning site. Our health?!? That is something totally different. ;)

It was the most in-depth survey I've ever seen covering everything but the number of hairs on my ---. I assumed the "reporter" they were referring to was one of their own agents.

Actually I feel your frustration! I think I did the same one. It's ridiculous to go through the whole survey and then have them disqualify you!

Similar experience. Not sure how long it was but over 30 minutes and very detailed, asking some of the most ridiculous questions at times. Has happened more than once. You have to wonder who writes some of these surveys. I rarely get involved with any survey that says it will take longer than 25-30 minutes anymore. Got too tired of things like this happening. Maybe if we quit taking certain surveys, some companies will wise up. You can only hope!
-
You should never be DQed when you finish a survey. That's bogus. It was happened to me on a few occasions as well which is why I only participate in surveys with companies I know and trust.
