Title: Question for the Pros Out Here - CASH OUT BONUS
Post by: BlackSheepNY on May 24, 2016, 12:24:25 pm
I recently changed my cash out preference to a debit card.  When it comes time to prove my cash out for the bonus each month, what do I use for the screen shot of this payment?  Does anyone know?  Thanks for your replies.

I didn't know debit card is an option for cashout? I thought there are only the options of PayPal, direct deposit, and check.

For the screenshot, can you access the account online? If you can, then screenshot the transaction, and black out any identifying information.

I feel sure you would get some kind of confirmation email.  That can be used, just black out the identifying information.   Like the other poster, I didn't realize a debit card was an option.

Just to let you both know, the cash out is considered the "Direct Deposit" option, where the money is deposited into the Debit Card's account.  I would send in a Ticket to Support to ask the question, but they seem to be taking forever to get back to anyone on things.  So if it's a "direct deposit," do I still take a screenshot of the deposit into the account?  I appreciate your replies!  :)

For Direct Deposit, a screenshot of your online banking which indicates the deposit is required for credit; alternatively, you can scan in a paper bank statement which indicates the deposit.

Thanks for the reminder that I need to do this. I did it regularly when I used Paypal but since I switched to direct deposit I've forgotten
